Across the world, people began awakening strange abilities—fire that could melt steel, strength that defied physics, healing that closed wounds in seconds. This new energy was called Arcane Force, and those who wielded it became known as Hunters.
To understand them, governments created a rank system:
E-Rank: Barely above normal human
D-Rank: Useful but limited
C-Rank: Capable fighters
B-Rank: Powerful and respected
A-Rank: Elite combatants
S-Rank: Legendary hunters
SS-S Rank: A myth… until the first one appeared
SSS-ranked hunters could turn the tide of entire wars alone.
With the survival of mankind on the line, nations united to build specialized schools—Hunter Academies—training grounds for the next generation who were expected to defend Earth.
Our Main Character
In the city of Nova Seoul, where portals sometimes open just kilometers away, lived Kai Ren, a boy who dreamed of becoming a hunter like the heroes he watched on the news.
But there was a problem.
At awakening age 15, Kai received the lowest result possible:
E-Rank.
Weak. Overlooked. "Barely a hunter," as some teachers whispered.
Yet he did not give up and continue training than the most students but still that didn't change he continued training.

As Kai walks through the school hallway each students he passes by insult him and laughs at him but he chose to ignore them since he is used to it. But as he's lost in his mind he gets shoved in the locker by force.
Bully 1: Hey loser.

Now back to the story:
Jin: Meet me at the forest behind the school afterschool you hear me.
Kai: S-sure
Jin: *Smirks* Good.
The hours pass as the bell rings signalling that it's afterschool. Kai goes at the forest that is behind the school as he meets up with Jin and his 2 goons.
Goon 1: Here he comes boss.
Jin: Good.
Kai: He-
Kai couldn't finish his sentence because Jin dashed at him faster than he could react and punched him straight to the gut as he coughs saliva. After that punch Kai is seeing kneeling on his knees as he clutches his stomach in pain but he doesn't complain as he's usually used to it but today he was pissed.
Kai: *Breathes heavily* I didn't know that you could punch like a little girl.
This comment pissed of Jin as he charges his fire ability then throws it at Kai which causes an explosion that it threw Kai centimetres away the hits the rocks with a heavy impact on the head, he begins to bleed off his head.
Goon 2 *Terrified* : Oh crap Jin I think you killed him!
Jin: Let's leave nobody will notice him anyway.
Kai and his goons began to run away leaving Kai there to bleed to death.
Kai POV
Is this how I die. Nobody cared anyway even my teachers I bet they wouldn't care if I didn't come to school. Mom, Dad I failed you guys again and now I think I would be joining you.
As Kai was about to die a strange blue screen appears near his face.
