Chapter 3 - ANOTHERWORLD

Alex and Nonki were falling from the sky. Alex tried to talk but couldn't due to the air pressure. He saw an island with a huge palace with ancient yet modern looks floating in the sky. As he plunged through the sky, the clouds drew back like the folds of an ancient curtain, revealing the country below—an old and wondrous land that seemed to breathe with its own magic. Vast forests stretched out in dark emerald waves, their canopies whispering secrets older than kings. Mountain ranges rose like the spines of slumbering titans, their peaks crowned with drifting halos of mist. Rivers glimmered with a faint, impossible light, winding across the land like veins of liquid moonstone.

From above, the country felt alive—ancient runes etched into its valleys, forgotten temples resting in the shadows of cliffs, traces of old magic glowing faintly beneath the surface. Even the wind around him thrummed with power, as if the land itself recognized a returning soul. For a heartbeat, as he fell, he beheld the realm in its full…

Nonki grabbed Alex's hand and used magic to teleport him to the ground; they landed smoothly.

Alex fell back to ground and sat down with deep relief sighs.

"I almost had a heart attack. You are truly amazing Nonki, nice job."

Nonki feels proud and smiles. She looks around then suddenly hundreds of men surround them. The men were wearing a similar dress as they were part of the organization; most of them had swords at their waist, and some had guns. Alex stands immediately and grabs Nonki's hand and shouts, What is the meaning of this. They stepped aside in a single, fluid motion, parting like curtains before an unseen wind. A long pathway opened through their ranks, and the murmuring sky seemed to dim as an old man stepped forward draped in authority as naturally as in his worn cloak. His cloak embroidered with faint symbols that glowed whenever the light touched them, his gaze was sharp as a blade. At his chest hung an amulet shaped like a crescent moon with crowned sparrow. Two young men walked by his side, their presence sharp and bright like twin blades of sunlight. Behind him came a middle-aged man who followed at the rear, his presence heavy as stone, the kind of guardian whose silence is alone enough to be warned. Their presence made it clear—this was their leader, and the men surrounding them were his.

Alex tightened his grip; he was overwhelmed by the sudden atmosphere. Then, before he reacted to anything, the old man lowered himself to one knee with measured grace, one hand resting on the earth and the other upon his raised knee, holding a posture that conveyed quiet strength and dignity. Along with the old man, all the others present there also knelt down.

"We were waiting for you, Your Highness," said the old man.

Alex and Nonki looked at each other, confused and unsure whether what's happening.

"Do you know these people," Alex whispered.

Nonki shook her head, equally at a loss.

Then Alex slowly took a step towards the old man but....

A deep rumble rolled across the sky as the clouds twisted like giants stirring in their sleep. Then—without warning—they tore open. From the rift spilled a beam of pure, blinding radiance, a column of light so vast and powerful it seemed to anchor the sky to the earth.

It struck the field with a sound like a thousand chimes shattering at once.

Wind erupted outward in a circling storm, rippling through the tall grass in waves of silver. The very air glowed, thick and alive, each particle humming with celestial energy.

Within the blaze, something moved.

The light swirled inward, folding around a growing silhouette—first a blur, then the outline of a figure suspended between heaven and earth. The brilliance dimmed just enough to reveal her: a young woman descending with the grace of falling snow, her feet touching the ground as gently as a prayer.

Her hair flowed like strands of sunlit silk, drifting in the leftover currents of divine wind.

When the beam finally withdrew, rising back toward the shattered clouds, the world was left in stunned silence.

The grass bowed around her.

The air warmed.

The sky closed, as though sealing away the secret of her arrival.

She stood in the field—radiant, breathtaking..... She suddenly vanished and appeared in front of Nonki and showed excitement to meet Nonki. She grabbed Nonki's hands and said, "Oh my god, you are so cute and adorable."

Alex was taken back by her beauty...

Old man seriously says "Kane"

Young lady leaves Nonki's hand and greets her...

" I Kane Lancestor Greets the Elsar family and your Highness."

As Young Lady Kane mentioned the Elsar family, Alex remembered Nonki talking about her family being a royal family, and so he got some clues about what's happening.

" Please stand up we don't known what happening we just arrived so please someone explain."

Old man approaches, says then let us go to Elsar's residence, and large magic circles form; he snaps his fingers. Alex, Nonki, and the old man teleported to a huge hall, which the old man described as the Elsar family. After them Kane Lancestor, two young men and the middle-aged man also appear in the room.

Alex thought Kane was truly so beautiful; to him, it was a breathtaking moment whenever he saw her. He was lost in thought for a moment.

The old man introduced himself

" My bad, I didn't introduce myself. I am Satra Lancenstor, head of Lancestor family, who serves Elsar Family "

Then everyone introduced to themselves the two young men were the twin sons of the old man, Rey Lancenstor and Aley Lancenstor. Kane Lancenstor was their younger sister.

The middle-aged man was Leon, who was Commander of the Lancenstor Knight.

Lancenstor household has been serving the Elsar family since Vardain Elsar's time; they are completely loyal to the Elsar family. Lancenstor household is only for the Elsar they are not serving the Maglonia kingdom.
