Chapter 54 - Spending Time With Virena

Time, in the realm of the privileged and the powerful, often accelerated to a blur, each day dissolving into the next with critical engagements and momentous decisions. Yet, even for those governing a world, moments of personal significance stood out with blinding clarity. Their wedding and engagement—a dual ceremony marking the permanent union of Virena and Victor—were scheduled to take place in a mere three days. The reality of it struck with a gentle, persistent weight.

Virena, the newly minted, formidable leader of Joltam, and Victor, her fiancé and pillar, had just arrived in Lazavis City. It was a homecoming, a brief respite before the final descent into matrimony, yet for Virena, the priorities were immediate and purely familial.

Stepping into the familiar, echoing expanse of the Lazavis City mansion, a wave of nostalgia washed over her, quickly followed by a singular, overwhelming urge. The first, and most important, person she needed to see was Kazien.

She called out his name, her voice ringing through the halls that had once been the sole stage for their childhood shenanigans. She searched every recognizable corner—the grand drawing-room, the sunlit library, the hidden pantry where they used to sneak treats. But he was nowhere to be found. A faint, nagging worry began to form, quickly overshadowed by a yearning ache.

Ah... Where did he go? I missed him so much. It feels like an eternity since I've seen my little firecracker.

She was leaning against the marble entryway pillar, a posture of slumped defeat, when the grand oak doors swung open. Kazien and Alvin entered the mansion, their faces flushed from the outside air, their chatter immediately ceasing as they saw the figure silhouetted against the inner light.

Kazien, his eyes widening in complete shock, stopped dead in his tracks. He stared at the stunning woman who was his older sister, the very woman whose legendary status now preceded her in every corner of the realm.

"Sis Virena?"

The sound of his voice was all the confirmation she needed. Virena turned, her expression morphing from weariness to pure, unadulterated joy. She reacted on instinct, sprinting the short distance, her leaderly decorum instantly forgotten. She scooped the boy up, a powerful lift that took him off his feet, holding him high above her head.

"My cute little brother, how are you? I missed you so much," she cooed, her laugh echoing with the unburdened sound of a sister reunited with her sibling.

Kazien was suspended mid-air, a wide, relieved smile stretching across his face. To see the familiar, loving face of his older sister, who was now a sovereign power, was a profound comfort.

"I'm fine, Sis," he chuckled, allowing himself a moment of genuine frivolity. He then looked down at her, a playful sincerity in his voice. "But after so long, you've become even more beautiful. I almost couldn't stand looking at you."

Virena gently lowered him, holding him close for a moment longer. "Hahaha. Your body has started to grow, huh? You're a little heavy," she teased, ruffling his hair.

"Really? I didn't realize it. Hehehe." Kazien beamed, genuinely pleased that his sister noticed his growth.

"Unfortunately, I can't always see your cute face anymore. I have a whole teritorry, and a fiancé, to worry about! Hahaha." She released him, allowing him to stand on his own feet.

She then turned, her attention shifting to the high elf standing patiently beside Kazien.

"How are you, Alvin? You're still as cute as ever." Virena gave him a warm, familial hug.

Alvin returned the embrace, his usual elegant composure slightly softened by happiness. "I'm very healthy, Virena. You look beautiful too. It's great that you're getting married. I hope I can marry him soon," he said, glancing affectionately at Kazien.

Virena laughed, a soft, knowing sound, and gently pinched the high elf's flawless cheek.

"Be patient, Alvin. You'll be marrying him in a few years, when you've both finished your academies and grown up a bit more. I insist on a magnificent wedding."

But the gentle moment evaporated instantly, replaced by a sudden, conspiratorial intensity. Virena grabbed both of their hands, her grip firm, and began dragging them toward the master suite.

"What? Sis Virena, where are we going? Why are you pulling us into the bathroom?" Kazien stammered, surprised by her sudden momentum.

Virena didn't slow down, her voice laced with playful determination. "I want to take a bath with you two! After I get married, we'll rarely see each other! You and Alvin will also be entering the academy soon, right? These moments will be gone forever!"

Kazien couldn't deny the logic, twisted though it was, because what she said was true. Their shared childhood was rapidly ending. He had no choice but to accept his sister's spontaneous, somewhat bizarre, invitation to share a bath, a ritual from a time long past.

Minutes later, they were submerged in the large, ornate tub, steam rising around them. A comfortable, familiar silence settled for a moment, only to be broken by Virena's cheerful ministrations. She began soaping Kazien's body with a large, scented sponge. Kazien, in turn, began soaping Alvin's body, his movements gentle and accustomed.

"Kazien," Virena's voice was suddenly teasing, a low, pointed murmur. "Why is your penis erect like this? You're not aroused by my body, are you?"

Kazien flinched, his face instantly turning a furious red. He snatched his hand away from Alvin. "How could I be aroused by your body! Look! Who's in front of me!" he retorted irritably, gesturing dramatically toward the beautiful, half-naked high elf he was currently bathing.

Virena burst into peals of laughter, the sound loud and genuine, filling the marble room.

"Hahaha! Oh, my sweet little brother! I haven't heard your irritated voice in a long time. It's a wonderful sound."

Kazien pouted, sinking slightly deeper into the water. But deep down, despite the mortification, he also missed Virena who always teased him relentlessly, always pushing his buttons just to hear him react.

Once Kazien had rinsed off, Alvin moved to a different section of the oversized bathtub. He politely declined to soap Virena's body, recognizing the boundary—they were not siblings, and though they were close, that level of intimacy was reserved for family. Kazien turned around, facing his sister, and began soaping her body gently, the familiarity of the task overriding any recent awkwardness.

"Why are your breasts getting bigger like this? Are you turned on by me?" Kazien parroted her earlier taunt, a wicked glint in his eye, though his voice wavered slightly.

Snap!

"Ouch! Why are you even flicking my forehead?" Kazien rubbed the stinging spot.

"You idiot! How could I be turned on by my own brother's body! Just soap my body properly!" Virena commanded, her tone back to its playful authority.

"Including the front of your body?" Kazien asked hesitantly, his eyes focused on her collarbone.

"Of course! Are you hesitant to touch me because you're afraid of being turned on by your own sister's body?" Virena challenged, a knowing smirk on her lips.

Kazien sighed heavily. He knew this was a test, a final moment of sibling intimacy before the world permanently separated them into their respective adult roles. He took a deep breath, and then, without further hesitation, he gently began to soap the front of her body. Virena closed her eyes, feeling the soft, careful touch of her brother's hands on her skin.

I never thought that my little brother would soap my body like this. He didn't even hesitate to soap my breasts. He's so grown up.

Kazien quickly pulled his hands back, clearing his throat. "I'll just cover your stomach! You can do the rest yourself."

"Don't you want to clean everything? You haven't soaped my legs either! Don't cheat!" Virena complained instantly.

"Don't you realize that you're a woman? It's impolite for me to just touch your crotch area!" Kazien said, exasperated by her lack of modesty.

In a swift, unexpected movement, Virena reached out, grabbed Kazien's genitals, and squeezed them quite hard.

"Argh! Sis Virena, stop! Don't squeeze it! It hurts!" Kazien cried out, clutching the side of the tub.

"Look!" she said, her expression entirely unashamed. "I'm not even embarrassed when I touch your penis! What's wrong with pampering your own sister just once before my wedding? It's a farewell massage!"

Defeated and in pain, Kazien had no other choice. With a sigh of resignation, he reached under the water and carefully, delicately, soaped his sister's crotch area.

"Ah…" Virena moaned, a sound of unexpected, almost theatrical pleasure that startled both boys.

Splash!

Kazien reacted instinctively, splashing a large amount of water directly into his sister's face.

"Don't make strange sounds!" he snapped, his face heating up again.

Virena blinked away the water, looking entirely unrepentant. "But your touch has made me feel a pleasure I've never felt before," she answered honestly, her gaze direct.

"This is why I'm reluctant to soap your crotch area!" he muttered, retreating as far as he could.

Alvin watched the entire exchange, a wry, amused smile playing on his lips. From their earliest days until now, the two of them really hadn't changed. They were still the same, fiercely loving, endlessly argumentative siblings.
