Chapter 12. A little suprise
Morning. Alarm. Aries yelling. Mom making breakfast. Me puttong on my uniform. Everything on repeat like I am on a CD
Aries: Jay! Hurry up or I'm telling Mom about Watson!
Aries said as I stepoed down to the kitchen
Mom: Aries... What are you telling me about?
Aries: nothing.. she actually came
Jay: Aries
I hissed at my brother as i grabbed my sandwich and went to school
As usual Maya was already waiting for me near our lockers. Today -thank god- she had coffee's with her...
Maya: morning my almost Watson tornado
Jay: Maya.. what did I say? Don't. Even. Start.
Maya: come on...
Jay: tho I have something tk tell you
Maya: what?
We went to class as I told her everything that happened at yesterday's detention. Keifer's doodle, the almost kiss, how Aries stormed in and that keifer saud that "she almost kissed me"
Maya: did he relly say that?!
Jay: yes... I got the silent treatment at home for the whole evening...
Maya: your brother is such a killjoy
Jay hay! He saved me from Watson...
Maya: saved you from his love?
Jay: Maya! Don't!
I said as we arrived to class 3 minuites early... That's suprising
And of course... Keifer sat behind me... Again...
The professor arrived and the lesson started... Thank lord there wasn't any duo project today...
After class Keifer came to my desk
Keifer: Mariano... Next time tell your brother not to interrupt us... I brought something for you....
He said as he placed a small bracelet on my desk... It looked like it was made out of some kind of crystal... It was green
Keifer: It's emerald if you are wondering... You were born in may.. right? May's birth stone is emerald
He said and walked away...
Jay: what the...? How did he know wich month I was born in?
Maya: OMG... He knows your birth stone.... That is soo...
Jay: stalker like?
Maya: romantic!
Maya said as the bell rang for the next class.
We just waited for the professor... The classes passed, Maya teased but my mind was still on the bracelet. Emerald... My birth stone... I didn't even know it was my birth stone
Then lunch came... We went to the cafeteria and sat down to our usual table... Aries had a plus class in lunch break so today there will be no protective older brother drama
Then... Keifer arrived amd sat down like he owned the place... Just slid across me....
Maya was already beaming with exitement and I couldn't care less...
Keifer: Mariano...
He said and i ignored him... Then, in the middle of my fries he kissed my cheek and just walked away...
Maya was already over the moon, I was still processing then my cheeks turned pink
After lunch last period went, and then I went home, and just lay in my bed until i fell asleep
