Room 47 was obscenely luxurious.
Wish stood in the doorway, momentarily stunned. The space was circular, walls made of some translucent material that showed the twilight realm beyond in soft, filtered colors. The bed was enormous—circular, draped in silk that shifted between silver and deep blue.
A bathing pool took up one corner, water steaming gently, surface scattered with floating petals. Open archways led to a private terrace where a perch—clearly meant for bird-type beings but perfectly functional as a lounging spot—overlooked the floating gardens below.
This was a room designed for seduction. Every surface was soft, every light was dim and flattering, every scent was intoxicating.
Wish dropped her bag on the floor and immediately checked for cameras.
Found them within seconds. Small, crystalline orbs embedded in the walls at strategic angles. Observation crystals—broadcasting everything to whoever was watching across the realms.
