Hermione (Ravenclaw's Genius): Confused & Annoyed
Hermione sat with her book open, but her eye twitched as she listened to the gossip.
Ravenclaw girl:
"They say Ron threw himself in front of the troll!"
Hermione slammed her book shut.
Hermione:
"I was in the library all evening. Ron Weasley can barely cast Wingardium Leviosa, forget defeating a troll!"
Her frustration rose.
Hermione (muttering):
"He mispronounced the spell and levitated himself. There is no way he fought a troll…"
And she kept glancing at Keith's table — because she suspected someone else had handled the danger, even if she didn't know who.
Daphne & Cassandra (Slytherin girls): Jealous & Skeptical
At the Slytherin table:
Slytherin boy:
"Ron and Neville defeated a troll! Amazing!"
Daphne nearly choked on her pumpkin juice.
Daphne:
"Ron Weasley? That Ron Weasley?"
Cassandra narrowed her eyes.
Cassandra:
"He can't even stand near a spider without screaming. Something is off."
The girls turned to look at Keith across the hall.
Daphne:
"Keith is too calm… as if he knows the truth."
Cassandra smirked.
Cassandra:
"Of course he does. He always knows more than everyone."
Both of them glared slightly — jealous that the "Troll Trio" was getting praise while Keith ignored the attention completely.
Katie & Angelina: Zero Belief + Thinking of Keith
Katie crossed her arms.
Katie:
"There's no way those three idiots beat a troll."
Angelina snorted.
Angelina:
"Seamus would've blown us all up… again."
Katie leaned closer, whispering:
Katie:
"Keith probably saved them. He's that type."
Angelina turned red remembering Keith saving her during the match.
Angelina:
"…Yeah. Definitely."
Both girls shot looks of admiration toward Keith at the Hufflepuff table.
◆ Ron Weasley Bragging Like a Lunatic
Ron entered the Great Hall surrounded by younger Gryffindors.
He puffed out his chest.
Ron:
"Well… it was nothing really.
I faced the troll head-on!"
Neville and Seamus were still pale and silent, not daring to contradict him.
Ron continued lying with absolute confidence:
Ron:
"I punched the troll!
Right in the nose!"
Hermione groaned loudly.
Hermione:
"You fainted! I saw your levitating accident!"
Ron ignored her completely.
He climbed onto the bench like an actor on stage.
Ron:
"And then—I unleashed a powerful spell! BOOM! The troll died instantly!"
Keith sipped his tea.
Keith (thought):
Yes, Ron. The spell was called "fear" and it killed the troll from laughter.

Charms Class (Flitwick)
Flitwick tried to teach but everyone whispered:
"Ron the Troll Slayer!"
"Neville the Brave!"
"Seamus the Explosive Hero!"
Flitwick finally squeaked:
Flitwick:
"Please—focus! Your heroes nearly blew themselves up!"
Defense Against the Dark Arts (Quirrell)
Quirrell pretended to act scared.
Quirrell:
"T-t-trolls are v-v-very d-dangerous… I'm s-shocked they survived…"
Keith yawned loudly.
Rias smirked.
Rias (whispering):
"He's a terrible actor."
Transfiguration (McGonagall) — Pure Embarrassment
McGonagall entered class with the stiffest posture possible.
Half the class whispered:
"Ron is amazing!"
"He was so brave!"
"He fought a troll!"
McGonagall's eye twitched violently.
She clearly remembered levitating a wet, smelly, pale, unconscious Ron to the Hospital Wing.
Every time someone praised Ron:
McGonagall (internally):
I want to crawl into a hole and never return…
◆ Staff Room: The Truth Hurts
Snape, Sprout, Flitwick, and McGonagall sat together.
Snape sneered.
Snape:
"Troll slayers? Those three couldn't fight a dust bunny."
Sprout nodded sympathetically.
Flitwick giggled into his hand.
McGonagall sighed deeply.
McGonagall:
"He… he wet himself. I had to levitate him! In front of everyone!"
Snape smirked.
Snape:
"At least it's a rumor, Minerva. It will fade."
But then—
Oliver Wood burst in.
Wood:
"Is it true?! Gryffindor has a new hero?! McGonagall, why didn't you tell me?!"
McGonagall closed her eyes.
McGonagall:
"Please… stop…"
She truly wanted to hide in a hole.

Dumbledore watched Ron brag from afar, twinkle gone from his eyes.
He alone knew the truth:

It was Darkrai… meaning Keith was involved.
Good. He made the right call.
But when Ron loudly reenacted "punching the troll," Dumbledore pressed his fingers to his temples.
Dumbledore:

Keith, Helena, Rias, Tonks, Susan, Cedric all sat together.
Tonks leaned in.
Tonks:
"You hear Ron's latest version?"
Keith raised an eyebrow.
Tonks:
"He says he rode the troll like a horse."
Keith almost fell off his chair laughing.
Keith (thought):
I don't think even Darkrai could make that nightmare real.
Vulpix popped out of his hood, tilting her head cutely.
Keith scratched her chin.
Keith:
"At least someone here is honest."
