"One illuminated five levels by flowing like water, the other by exploding like a volcano, and the last person not only illuminated six levels but shattered the giant Blood Stone into pieces!"
A weak voice echoed throughout the trial area from within the absolute silence; someone from the public couldn't hold themselves back due to the effect of what they saw.
Then a terrific hum, starting first from the stands where the ten clans were, took everyone under its captivity in a short time.
"Just look at that brat, I liked these three, I liked them!"
The Sheikh of the Holy Blood Sect couldn't remain unresponsive to this event either; he shouted with astonishment amidst the coquetries of the two swallows on his lap.
The sun had reached its brightest point; although there were many people illuminating the third level in the continuing time, the members of the Bloody Moon Fiefdom were still on minds.
Only three hundred people out of thousands could pass this elimination, and they had two more exams in front of them. While those eliminated were leaving the area, those remaining were walking to a shady place reserved for them.
"You cheated, you definitely cheated!"
Antuan, whose light was cut off and was almost drowned in darkness, was walking onto the trio coming from the Bloody Moon Fiefdom muttering to himself.
Other student candidates found on the path between the two teams tried to escape this tension by throwing themselves to a side.
"Plushy, haven't you learned your lesson yet?"
Alis was the first one to turn his back. Although Antuan didn't wear his fur-collared cape today, the small white rabbit taking human form had given him his name.
"Grin, keep grinning, but your bubble will burst soon. The hell pit test is coming, let's see what you will do there?"
The only female member of the Bloody Star Clan team couldn't stand it and stood in front of Alis; she was saying what the next test would be with a tone of voice everyone could hear.
"Third Elder, what is this disgrace?"
Her words had also reached the place where the Sheikh was, and this situation caused the Second Elder to grumble angrily.
No sound came from the man coiled up in his seat like a rattlesnake; he was looking at the trio in the middle of the area with anger in his eyes. The Sheikh's speech broke his silence.
"Since it became clear what the test will be, let them start immediately!"
A break for a while was written in the planning, but the words of the head of the sect were also orders. After the sect officials directed the participants towards the sides, a man coming to the opened space placed the disk in his hand slowly on the ground.
The space opened before ten seconds passed would be covered with blood gushing from the disk. The name of this place, from which smoke fumed and blood bubbled and exploded with a loud noise, was the Hell Pit.
"Everyone enter inside the area!"
When the head administrator shouted, three hundred people proceeded towards the inside of the blood pool with slow steps; meanwhile, the requirements of the exam were being explained.
"The Hell Pit was established to measure your abilities to manipulate blood!"
His voice was descending like a hammer on the heads of thousands of gathered people.
"Those remaining inside the formation for less than half an hour will be eliminated; one hour is three points, every twenty minutes following will increase the result you will get by one more point!"
The head supervisor finished his speech by looking at the giant stone platform set up at the edge of the trial area; names were written with blood stones on the black monolithic rock.
Bloody Moon Jashua
Bloody Moon Nora
Bloody Moon Alis
The three names at the top of the list were coming from the same place; this situation didn't please the people sitting in the clan stands at all.
"We entered everywhere except the tower, sir; there was no trace of these three people!"
"They were definitely raised inside that tower, Bloody Moon is up to something again!"
While the Bloody Moon Fiefdom was in a state where everyone swinging their arms could enter and exit, other clans unable to find the trio were in trouble. They couldn't wrap their heads around the fiefdom, the only and loyal ally of the sect about to collapse, raising such geniuses.
While gossip was going around, all contestants had taken their places in the formation; Bloody Moon and Bloody Star teams were staying away from each other.
Both teams were relaxed, but some had started sweating before ten minutes were up. It was impossible for the ordinary public to know what it was; only those in the clan stands understood the state of those starting to struggle after ten minutes passed.
"Hell Pit deserves its name to the end!"
"Difficulty increases exponentially every ten minutes!"
"A work prepared by the second generation Sheikh of the sect; starting with the difficulty on the slopes of the blood river flowing from the mouth of the mountain, it can rise up to the exit point!"
There were people among the speakers who experienced this formation before. The Holy Blood Sect was using the Hell Pit to temper the skills of its students too.
When twenty minutes were reached, people running out screaming in pain began to be seen; their number was increasing moment by moment.
When half an hour was passed, half of those who came this far with hopes of entering the sect had been eliminated; most of the remaining ones couldn't be said to be in good condition either.
"Half an hour has passed, you all passed this exam. If you complete one hour, you will earn three points; if you can't endure, there are no points you will get!"
The head supervisor spoke ruthlessly; even if their sect became a monster with a single tooth left, he was displaying all his majesty in front of so many people.
Just when their hearts were relieved, the incoming warning pulled the concentration of the participants to the top level. Unlike many, the eyebrows of the trio waiting at the corner of the formation hadn't even moved since the beginning.
"My lady, what kind of path will we follow!"
While Jashua was in his pitch-black suit, he stood like a stain in the blood-red pool. Together with the two people in white and red clothes next to him, they were actually the focus of all attention.
"There is no changing situation, you will be the center of attention!"
They had made this decision while coming, but Jashua felt obliged to ask this every time.
When fifty of the contestants watched with hawk eyes from the place where the clans were were eliminated before completing even one hour, the Sheikh straightened up slightly from where he sat.
"What happened, is one hour up?"
The crowd took their eyes off inside the Hell Pit and turned them to Atractivo spreading on his throne between two people.
The women on his knees had changed and their numbers had doubled. The face of the man drinking his wine among four beauties right now was full of lipstick marks.
"Yes my Lord, the one-hour period is up and about a hundred people remain in the formation!"
The vulture-necked man on the left entered the conversation grinning; the Sheikh's attitude in front of everyone seemed to have made him happy.
"Good, good, let me know when five people remain!"
This movement of the Sheikh, returning rapidly to the pleasure environment he came out of, caused the man on the right side to turn pale. The Second Elder was both embarrassed and angry in the face of the movements of the sect's Sheikh in front of people de facto bound to him.
When the first ten minutes coming after one hour passed, the crowd consisting of a hundred people began to scatter like a covey of partridges. The target of the people fleeing making ugly sounds was the outside of the Hell Pit.
"The level drops even more every year!"
The activity didn't please the Second Elder examining the surroundings with his eyes like glowing embers at all. New students were a sect's gain, and the Holy Blood Sect had been eating into its capital for a long time.
Boiling bloods, which were at the knees of the candidates at the beginning, had come to waist level when it reached one hour. When ten minutes more passed, bloods rising one more span like lava had started to make breathing difficult.
"Let's see how much longer you will endure!"
When the four-point limit was exceeded, the blood rose one more span; only ten people remained inside the Hell Pit. All of these were people with blood compatibility level four and above; no one could see their endurance until this moment as a coincidence.
