My eyes snap open and white ceiling comes into view completely different from the darkness that was surrounding me few seconds ago,my heart drum's in my chest so loudly that it feels like it will burst.
That voice..why can't she just leave me alone?It's been freaking years!
"Thank god you woke up.Are you okay sis?"Jude ask's hovering above me worriedly."I have been trying to wake you up."Her blond hair rest's onher chest messily as if she just woke up.
"Jude..?"I ask finally noticing that she is here.
Was i dreaming again?
She frown's and help's me sit up."Are you okay?Did you have a nightmare?You were trashing around and crying,calling someone."
It's the third time this week.Why am i seeing her in my dream's so much recently?
I rub my forehead and push away the blanket realising that i am drenched in sweat."I am okay..just a scary dream.Did i wake you up?"
Guilty feeling raises in my throat seeing her worried eyes.But i quickly avert my eyes knowing i can't tell her the truth.
She look's at me for a sec before shaking her head,realising i wont say anything more."Nah,i got up early today.This has been happening quiet a few times this week.You sure you are okay?You look really pale."
"I am fin-"Let me get you some water."She say's and run's out of my room before coming back with a glass of water.
"Thanks Jude."I give her a small smile,taking the glass from her and finally letting my dry throat soothe.
"Uh..sis not to panic you but maybe you should get up quickly and head out."She say's with a strange smile that has me frowning."What time is it?"
"Nine thirty."She says and i curse under my breath,bolting to the bathroom."Why didn't you wake me up Jude?I am so done for today!"
Shit!
I was supposed to report at office at nine sharp,together with two other intern's.But it's already past nine.
Ugh,I can't believe i am late on my first day.And i am not even actually in,i am on freaking internship!
To be able to get an internship at Cosmiv -The biggest cosmetic company in the country -is already a rare opportunity for me but seems like my luck has already ran out while grabbing that opportunity.
"I did!Anyway the breakfast is ready,get ready quickly!"She say's as i come out with my brush in my mouth,quickly taking a dress from my closet and rush to the shower."Forget about the breakfast Jude!I don't have time!Don't wait for me to join you guys for breakfast today!"
"Xenia Ashford!I was supposed to report at nine today but i got delayed in the traffic."I say slamming my id on the desk as i pant like a dog."I am a new intern.At the R&D department."
I freaking rushed here like my ass was on fire.Still i am 50 minutes late.
Sure they wont dismiss me directly right?
Is it bad that i am hoping the other two were also late?At least one?
Who am i kidding?No intern would be careless enough to be almost an hour late on her first day.
The girl behind the desk check's my new id and stand's up with a poker face."The other two intern's have already reported and started their work.Since you are late you will probably have to ask them about the instruction's your team leader gave them.Mr.Willow doesn't really like unpunctuality or repeating himself.Now please follow me."She say's heading towards the elevator.
Not like i have the gut to approach him and get scolded after being so late either.
I quickly grab my id and follow behind her with a sigh of relief.Seems like i am saved today.
She look's at me with a curious gaze."Not that i am trying to scare you but you should be prepared.Once Mr.Willow gets a bad impression of someone,it's basically done for that person.Good luck for the next three months."
The small sigh of relief disappears from my lips as soon as it came and my heart skip's a beat.
She is literally saying that i am done for isn't she?Way to go Nia.

"How was your first day?Was the person in charge impressed with you?Was he dazzled by your beauty?"Fiena ask's as i put on the seatbelt and rest against the seat lifelessly.
I eye her up and down suspiciously.
Strange.Why does she seem a little different then usual today?
"More like wanted to throw me out the whole time."I say with a snort remembering the way Mr Willow kept glaring at the whole time as if my presence was staining his eyes.But thankfully he couldn't make thing's hard for me since he isn't really in R&D department.
She turn's towards me and raises her brow's in surprise."No way,was it that bad?Weren't you just a little late?"
Her hair moves in the wind and i finally realise what is different about her today.
"You changed your hair colour again?Wait no let me rephrase it.You dyed your hair freaking pink and purple of all colour?"I ask looking at the bright mess on her head.
