CHAPTER SEVEN
Dr. Robert and Anthony Mane walked towards the cage where Lucius was locked and then stopped;
"Hey, alien! Your master is here!" Dr. Robert said nonchalantly.
Immediately Lucius groped towards the glass frame and peered anxiously.
Instantly, the cage opened and Lucius walked out of it with apprehension. After some steps, he scanned the building and stared at Dr. Robert and Mane expectantly.
Dr. Robert burst out laughing in a sickening way and a great wind preceding a long howl erupted as Lucius swiftly turned;
Serus gripped Lucius on the neck and Brus appeared from the shadows,
"The penalty for failure!" Brus shouted.
And instantly Serus broke Lucius's neck and Lucius fell on the floor.

At Star-dust Technological industry's site in Michigan; Dr. Robert walked in with an echelon of top executives,
"Dr. Robert! Welcome to the site. That is the bombardment chamber for the stone; the specifications are followed to the letter!" Lang Wu said as he flashed a quick glance at Stankovic Craig; who quickly concurred.
"Ok, Good job! How about speeding up the process?" Dr. Robert asked.
"Dr. Robert, the reaction would require a six chain catalytic bombardment and emission of hazardous particles – if not contained properly by constructing it with the right materials – hence, two weeks is ok!" Stankovic said.
"Ok, good job boys!" Dr. Robert said smiling about to leave.
Then, he held his head and shouted in pain, for a while and stopped. The top executive rushed and circled him;
"Dr. Robert! Are you Ok?" asked a stout looking executive with a grizzly beard.
"Yes, I am fine!" Dr. Robert said and turned facing Stankovic and Lang.
"Now, butt heads, I am giving you boys nine days to complete that furnace or else; you don't want to know what I would do!" Dr. Robert yelled and stamped away with the echelon of top executives trailing him while Lang and Stankovic were puzzled.

At MNS news corporation headquarters in Arizona, backstage was Dr. Robert and Jessica Ritchie discussing;
"Oh! Where is your restroom?" Dr. Robert asked.
"First door by your left down the lobby!" Jessica Ritchie retorted.
"Come on! Don't give me that look! Men still have to do their final pip; you know!" Dr. Robert said as he burst out laughing.
"Yes, of course! But remember that we would be live in the next five minutes! I would be waiting at the studio!" Jessica said smiling and she parted from Dr. Robert.
At the restroom, Dr. Robert stared at the mirror looking depressed, and then he heard;
"Hey! Don't mess this up! You must do as I say!" a voice said and as he stared at the mirror more closely, he saw Brus speaking.
"Leave me alone, get out of my head!" Dr. Robert screamed holding his head.
"You can't run away from me now. Just yield, you are mine to rule over; do not mess up this interview, else you die!" the voice continued.
"Ok – Ok! I would yield!" Dr. Robert shouted in pain as his head ached.
Then he heard a tap on the door thrice;
"Doc., Doc.! Dr. Robert! Are you Ok!" a voice echoed from outside the door.
"Yes, I am!" Dr. Robert retorted calmly.
"Dr. Robert; Jessica said you should come as the program has started!"
"Okay! Give me a minute and I would be there!" Dr. Robert replied.
When a faint footstep was heard away from the door,
"Arrgh!" Dr. Robert screamed, adjusted his suit and went out.

After the introduction;
"So Dr. Robert, what do you think about the missing Curest; seeing the video footage?" Jessica inquired beaming with smiles expectantly.
"First, your red dress is hot!" Dr. Robert remarked as himself and Jessica burst out laughing.
"Thank you!" Jessica replied in between gulps.
"Now to your question, it shows the height of incompetency from Dr. Aberdeen; who knows if he tries to keep it for himself!" Dr. Robert paused.
"Dr. Robert don't you think that accusation is baseless and too direct?" Jessica cuts in.
"Direct? Yes, direct! I have always been direct; he seems the reserved version of me and the unerring child of the media. But see, who knows the exact location of the Curest in that impregnable fortress called CIA safe house? Him and the agencies top echelon executives; him – a single individual and the top echelon executives – a number of credible men.
And mind you; the transporting team doesn't know the content they transport to the safe house, since it is highly classified. So, it is safe to say that Dr. Aberdeen seems to be the prime suspect of the theft of the missing Curest!" Dr. Robert said and leans backwards.
"You know, he didn't see this coming; even though he would want to pull off such stunt – I mean the entrance of aliens into the safe house or the Replicators heroics! All this are all unplanned!" Jessica retorted.
"Yes; come to think of this that makes it two, who else is also an unerring child of America news media – The Replicator – and who was there when the mechanism of defense of America fell? Of course, the Replicator! So I want American's to ask the hard questions; since the loss of the Curest, with crime on arise has anyone seen the Replicator?" Dr. Robert taunted.
"You know that is not fair! What if the Replicator is feeling sober and bad about his last outing and failure of our security architecture in keeping their part of securing the Curest – since six rogue agent is linked to it!" Jessica said.
"Or he is part of the whole plot, together with the six rogue agent, masterminded by of course – the genius – Dr. Aberdeen! American's ask deep questions!" Dr. Robert orated.
"Now we would go on a short break, when we return, we would continue with the new site and furnace erected by Star-dust Technological industry. You don't want to miss this! So stay tuned!" Jessica said with finesse.

At North Dakota, Dr. Aberdeen was working in his Lab, when he heard a knock;
"Come in!" Dr. Aberdeen said.
Dave walked in and slumped at a chair opposite Dr. Aberdeen,
"Are you Okay?" Dr. Aberdeen asked.
"Yes Doc. I am fine!" Dave retorted.
"So what really happened?"
"Dr. Robert is a two-faced bastard! He is up to something!" Dave fumed.
"Because of your ordeal with him or because of the program on television?" Dr. Aberdeen asked smiling assuringly.
"Because I just know!" Dave said.
"I know he has no principles, but I never imagined that he would go so low as stealing the Curest and now – defamation! That is totally unethical!" Dr. Aberdeen remarked.
"Lest I forget Dave, about your last outing and me being blanked all through. Here, I made a new suit!" Dr. Aberdeen said walking towards a closet.
He opened the closet and presented a new suit,
"This has an earpiece with which you can communicate with me anytime and anywhere!" Dr. Aberdeen said touching the suit tenderly.
"Thank you Sir!" Dave said taking the suit.
After some minutes;
"How about Sarah?" Dr. Aberdeen asked.
"Sarah – she broke up with me!" Dave said crestfallen.
"Oh – I am so sorry! Hopefully, she would come around soon!" Dr. Aberdeen said patting Dave on the back.
"I only pray!" Dave said lost in deep thought as he gazed at the moon through the window.

Brus, Serus, Dr. Robert and others walked towards the site and workers has started bombarding the Curest in the furnace at a certain temperature, Brus levitated with the remaining Curest from Nimbus
and got close to the furnace and dropped it in. And at that instant the sky became deep blue and a visible gigantic portal was seen in America and the other continents of the world.
Instantly, aliens emanated from the portal battle ready and started descending in America. When the workers at the site saw it, they scampered for their life.
"Hahaha! It is done!" Brus shouted with great vigour.

Chaos was unleashed on every part of the North American continent, as security personnel started combating the aliens. The other portals in the other continents was visible but no alien was seen coming out from them, but citizens in the country of South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, Antarctica and Australia was filled with terror as they waited for their fate in the hands of the invading aliens.
At the site in Michigan, Dr. Robert was in a control room, controlling the catalytic chain reaction process of the furnace as Serus led the alien's invasion with Brus enjoying the epic battle of aliens against humans at his levitated position.

After hours of battle, security personnel were being overwhelmed by the aliens as aliens killed them in multitudes.
Then, in the air – the Replicator appeared and started tearing the aliens apart and this invigorated the security personnel and they responded to the aliens attack.
"Dr. Aberdeen! Have you gotten the picture of the furnace?" Dave asked as he flew past the site while avoiding fire balls shot at him by Brus.
"Yes! Dave – that is a six chain catalytic bombardment chamber akin to a wormhole!" Dr. Aberdeen commented.
"Dr. – Dr. Aberdeen I don't understand, please speak English!" Dave retorted.
"Simple – it would take about two hours each for the other six portals to be opened!" Dr. Aberdeen said.
"So Dr. Aberdeen, what do I do?" Dave inquired.
"As long as Dr. Robert stabilizes the system, the reaction would continue and duplication of those aliens would be automatic. Sorry – it means the aliens ejecting from that portal would be infinite!" Dr. Aberdeen said and paused.
"Holy shit! So is this the end?" Dave remarked.
"Dave all you need to do is try and stop Dr. Robert from stabilizing the parameters of the furnace!" Dr. Aberdeen yelled.
"Ok! On that!" Dave shouted.
"Wait – wait! Dave – how did you kill those aliens at the safe house?" Dr. Aberdeen.
"I shot them through the hole beside their head close to their ears!" Dave replied.
"Good!" Dr. Aberdeen said.
After some minutes;
"Dr. Aberdeen, the levitated alien is shielding Dr. Robert!" Dave shouted.
"Can you take care of him?"
"Yes!" Dave retorted.
"Then I am on my way! I would take care of Dr. Robert!" Dr. Aberdeen said.
"Ok; Doc.!" Dave replied.
At that instant, Serus brushed Dave and himself and Dave was locked in a battle at a great height above the ground. As they descended; Serus smashed Dave to the ground and the ground was wrecked with Dave several feet's below the ground.
Instantly Dave dashed up and unleashed an uppercut on the face of Serus that sent him sprawled on the ground.
He got up and together with six other aliens attacked Dave. After a long combat, Dave defeated the six aliens and charged towards Serus and Serus brought out a Spodumene and Dave pretended to be drained of strength,
"Hahaha! Human clone! Curest runs in your veins; so Spodumene would poison your blood. Now die!" Serus shouted lifting up his sword with great might to rent Dave in two halves; then Dave duplicated into four, one at the four cardinal points and he smashed Serus brains.
Blue paste splashed on his face and mouth;
"Yuck! Bag of shit!" Dave exclaimed.
At that instant,
"Dave – Dave!" Dr. Aberdeen's voice echoed on Dave's earpiece.
"The second portal is opened! So you have got to act fast!" Dr. Aberdeen said hastily.
"Where?" Dave asked.
"Asia!" Dr. Aberdeen replied.
"Wow!" Dave exclaimed and dashed swiftly towards Brus; fist first.

Dr. Aberdeen was crouching close to the watchtower at the site in Michigan; which housed the control room of the chamber.
Inside the room was Dr. Robert controlling the parameters of the furnace and at the door of the room was an alien guarding against intruders.
At a distance close to the door, Dr. Aberdeen stood, took a good position and shot the alien.
Then, he approached the door; Dr. Robert flung his gaze at him and stood up.
"It is not too late to stop!" Dr. Aberdeen said pointing a gun at Dr. Robert whose hands was up.
"Yes! I know!" Dr. Robert said in a subjugated manner.
"Hello Dr. Aberdeen!" Dave's voice echoed from Dr. Aberdeen's walkie-talkie.
"Yes!" Dr. Aberdeen retorted.
"How are you holding up, over there?" Dave asked.
"Trying to make Dr. Robert sober for his sins!" Dr. Aberdeen said.
"Ok! Just be careful!" Dave said and hangs up.
As Dr. Aberdeen was about facing Dr. Robert, Dr. Robert pulled out a shot gun and shot him on the arm.
"Now! Don't worry I won't kill you! I just want you to watch the extinction of your precious Earth. And then you would what? You would beg me for your death!" Dr. Robert said and quickly struck Dr. Aberdeen on the head with the gun.

Brus caught hold of Dave's fist as both of them were in the air, and smashed Dave to the ground with a heavy blow.
After a long duel, at each round, Brus defeating Dave, he finally took Dave on the head and created a deep line on the tarmac as he dragged Dave on the road swiftly.
With Dave's face and head covered with blood, his suit ruined and him being drained of strength. Brus pressed Dave's skull to control his mind but Dave's consciousness remained intact.
"You seem un-killable!" Brus exclaimed knocking Dave's head on the ground severally.
"But superhero! Today you would meet your end!" Brus shouted as he struck Dave severally on the chest with a spear made of Spodumene. At the last stroke, he stopped and smiled,
"Fluavil!" Brus remarked as he touched Dave's ruined suit.
"Your suit can stand this poison, but can your veins?" Brus shouted as he held both of Dave's palms and fluid Spodumene flowed through Dave.
Dave's body turned pale blue and he began losing consciousness, his entire body became cold and he fell on the floor motionless.
Then Brus gave a loud laugh and levitated to his previous position.
After a long while, Dave arose; levitated and stood behind Brus.
"Un-killable was never my name. I am the Replicator – guardian of the Earth!" with that Dave struck Brus with a fatal blow that sent him falling towards the furnace. Brus hit the furnace and held the lid of the furnace and Dave quickly dealt the final blow that sent him into the molten Curest in the furnace.
After a long scream of pain by Brus, he was engulfed and then consumed by the Curest. Then Dave descended on the ground and stared at the watch tower.
"Dr. Aberdeen, can you revert the process now?" Dave asked.
At that instant Dr. Robert screamed holding his head and Dr. Aberdeen woke up and after a short while, Dr. Robert held up a remote.
"The Replicator can stop the aliens but can't stop me!" Dr. Robert gnawed as he pressed the button;
"No!" Dr. Aberdeen shouted stretching forward.
At that instant, the Replicator charged into the room, brushing the door aside and striking Dr. Robert unconscious.
"Dr. Aberdeen, are you Okay?" Dave asked.
"Yes, I am. Go stop the process!" Dr. Aberdeen shouted.
"How Doc.!" Dave asked.
"Slow down the reaction by reducing the revolution per minute! Can you do that!"
"Yes Doc.!" Dave retorted about to leave.
"Dave – be careful!" Dr. Aberdeen said standing up.
Dave just flashed a grin and charged out through the window.
At the furnace, the molten state was too hot and as Dave dived in his suit melted and quickly he dashed in a circular path to counter the rotation at the speed of light and after hours, Dave whole body transformed into molten Curest and his body reached its supernova point and with his last strength, he dashed out of the furnace through a chimney and fell on the floor motionless.
After some hours,
He was struck severally on the shoulder and as he woke up,
"You did it – the Replicator!" Dr. Aberdeen said winking at Dave.
Dave tried to raise himself up, then he noticed first – he was covered with blanket for he was naked, and then crowd of American citizen's in tears for fear of loss of a loved one and then cheerful faces.
"Thank you!" Dave said touching Dr. Aberdeen on the shoulder.
Instantly, he transformed into Dr. Aberdeen's kind of suit and he flew away from the site to the cheers of the whole America.
Later, Dr. Robert was arrested by a team of CIA Personnel; while the solidified Curest was kept at a newly erected safe house in Space Hi-Tech Firm, Arizona.
