Zeke rested for quite a bit , and stood up only when he felt relaxed .
Zeke inhaled a deep breath and said to himself " Let's face that monster " , with that Zeke slowly moved towards the place where that big Goblin was staying , and soon it came in view , the monster was still sitting on the throne he created for himself .
Zeke was nervous , it was obvious because this fight will be hardest and he was still not sure he could defeat it , with that Zeke step forward inside the area and soon came in front of the huge Goblin .
The Goblin sitting above noticed the intruder in front of him and stood up .
When Zeke saw the Goblin stood up , he was towering above him , and sweat came across Zeke's face he thought 'This might be even harder than I imagined ' .
Zeke gulped but then the Goblin in front of him suddenly let out a defeaning roar ;

Zeke tensed up and look over the shoulder behind him , keeping his guard up if suddenly any Goblins which were hidden came from behind , Zeke then looked up towards the Goblin again seeing what he was doing but Zeke couldn't quite put a finger on it .
Then Zeke understood that with that earlier roar he was calling the Goblins who went out earlier but unbeknownst to the monster , it didn't knew Zeke killed all of them .
The Goblin still standing above , twitched his face a little sensing that his subordinates still didn't arrive , it became angry and let out another defeaning roar and then jumped from his place and came crashing down , standing a little far from Zeke .

Zeke tensed up and looked carefully towards the Goblin standing a few metres away from him .
Zeke didn't wasted a moment and launched his spells simultaneously ' Thunderflame ' and ' Thunderstrike ' .
A single attack was strong but when both of them are used it becomes a deadly attack , although it may not kill tbis Goblin but surely it would damage it that was what , Zeke thought , but , when he saw the dust settled , the Goblin was standing their it was damaged heavily , although some scratches on it's body and a little amount of blood flowing from it's body .
Zeke knew the Goblin in front of him was stronger than him and tougher , but my spells didn't do him much damage that I never thought of it .
Zeke knew he was in deep trouble , he wanted to make a run for it now but then everything he had done up until now would be for naught , so his eyes filled with determination to face it to the end .
Zeke started using his spells one after another striking the goblin with his full power hoping it would injured him , but the monster wasn't blind he also moved and lunged toward me to attack , the Goblin he was fighting now was fast even with his big size it was pretty fast because in the next moment it was upon Zeke and threw a punch toward him , Zeke dodged byba hairs breath but still it grazed his face , Zeke was pushed several steps backward .
Zeke breathing hard , feeling the pain of the punch on his cheek although it just grazed for a moment , Zeke was feeling pain .
Zeke still couldn't believe that how advance this game was , and how were they able to come up with an idea about installing pain receptors in it , the pain Zeke was feeling was almost the same he felt in real world , during his fights with the other kids of community .
Zeke suddenly felt a bad premonition , he looked toward the Goblin who was also looking towards Zeke , he gulped and thought ' I just wanna get out of here as soon as possible , and I don't want to become a punching bag for that Goblin , because that earlier punch still had and affect on me and was hurting ' .
Zeke clenching his teeth trying to forget the pain launched another simultaneous attack on the Goblin , the first attack was evaded by the goblin but the second one struck , but Zeke didn't stop there and launched another.
Zeke kept launching his spells as fast as he could , he just had to utter the word of the spell , but the Goblin kept evading every attack that Zeke throwed at him , he was getting frustrated because the Goblin was closing in on Zeke , then suddenly the Goblin vanished from Zeke's front and was on the right , Zeke couldn't understand what happen , because when Zeke realized the Goblin was on his right flank it was already too late because the monster had thrown a strong punch and Zeke couldn't dodged it , which sent Zeke flying across the ground and crashed in the wall of the cave .
Thudddddd !
Zeke's mind went blank for a moment he didn't k ow what happened or where he was but in the next second the pain surged through his body and Zeke threw a mouth full of blood and coughed violently , his vision was blurring .
My ribs are broken ,and it only needed one punch to put me into this pathetic state , Zeke thought .
Zeke looked up his vision clearling , he saw the Goblin standing and staring at him , the monster didn't made any move just kept looking at Zeke , he didn't knew why it wasn't attacking because if it did , Zeke stood no chance .
Zeke pulled out 2 of the healing potions and gulped them down quickly , his strength recovering his wounds healing , although not fully but in a position where he could put up a fight .
Zeke still struggling stood up ready to fight again but this time before striking again he summoned the system , he remembered he still had 15 points available and now was the right time to use them , he wanted to distribute his stats in a way which would give him an advantage over this Goblin ;

Zeke saw his stats they were very low , but right now the most ideal stats to improve were the first 3 .
He had 15 points so Zeke distributed 5 points each in Strength , Stamina and Agility which would make his chances better to come out on top in this fight .
Zeke felt a new sense of power rushed through his veins and his power was increased from before , Zeke looked at his stats one last time ;

Zeke closed his system and looked straight towards the Goblin it was still standing , like it was waiting for Zeke to make the first move which meant it was looking down on Zeke .
Zeke gritted its teeth and said " Alright you big monster you want me to strike first and I will , just remember you will regret giving me this chance and you will regret you didn't kill me when you had the chance to " .
Zeke summoned his Black sword but this time Zeke tried to engulf Thunderstrike , and he will attack with Thunderflame as the spell .
Zeke's sword was surrounded with the sparkling thunder , and Zeke launched his attack Thunderflame towards the monster , the moment the spell hitted on the Goblin Zeke lunged forward with his sword aiming towards the Goblin's body , Zeke's speed was increased from before and he reached sooner without wasting any moment and any second Zeke slashed his sword on the body of the Goblin it connected and left a deep cut this time Zeke could feel it , then Zeke twisted his body and aimed for the leg this time but missed because the Goblin's vision was clear from the impact of the spell and noticed zeke aiming for his leg , but instead of dodging it , the Goblin kicked Zeke but this time Zeke blocked his attack with his sword and was pushed back .
Zeke's lips curled upward for a moment , because he succeeded in landing a solid blow on the Goblin , but that Goblin's face twisted in rage and with a loud roar it lunged toward Zeke , but before Zeke knew the Goblin was in front of him , Zeke's eyes widened , but this time Zeke managed to block his attack and with that Zeke countered back instantly by casting his spells simultaneously , when the Goblin was just few centimeters away he knew that this combine attack must do serious damage this time from such short distance and it did , the Goblin was sent back crashing on the ground , but Zeke didn't stop there he lunged towrad the injured Goblin and started slashing his sword violently hoping that these attacks could do the job , the Goblin trembled under bombardment of Zeke's assault and then it did something Zeke didn't knew was possible .
The Goblin instantly twisted its body in a strange way and punched Zeke again on the same spot and sent him flying again , Zeke managed to save himself from the crash but the impact of the punch was still too strong , Zeke didn't remember if anyone has ever punched him this hard , Zeke spouted blood from his mouth again and stood up .
Zeke didn't knew how he did that when he had the upper hand , and how was it able to endure those sword cuts on its body but it did make Zeke angry .
Zeke's eyes were burning with anger and in that moment zeke did something he hasn't done before .
Zeke casted both of his spells Thunderflame and Thunderstrike , and was trying to merge them into one , which would make it a very deadly spell , Zeke knew his spells were strong but what if he could merge them into one , it would reach a new level .
The Goblin saw this and lunged himself toward Zeke hoping to finish him, but Zeke's hands were shaking the process wasn't easy his nose was aslo bleeding but at the end Zeke succeeded and launched it straight towards the Goblin , the Goblin was fully engulfed by the new attack and was sent flying back crashing into the wall and then fell down .
The notification rang in Zeke's head ;

Zeke was breathing heavily , but he was stunned by the number of notifications , and that he leveled up 3 times , Zeke felt happy that his hardwork finally paid off .
But what stunned Zeke the most was that the name of this Goblin was actually Homogoblin and it was level 8 , which was double the number of him but now after killing it Zeke had reached Level 7 .
Zeke pulled out another healing potion from his inventory and drank it , feeling comfortable now he laid down on the ground to rest for a while because he was tired now .
