Chapter 2 - THE GRAND AVALIN BEINGS

As you all know, the Grand Avalin is divided into two stages.

And as usual, the matches are not fixed but are based on random selection—no cheating, no tricks.

This is because we are making use of the amazing new edition of the Twister Confusion, Version 16.0, made by the renowned TRUVATES clan.

That noisy commentator should hold on a sec.

I almost forgot to mention that only one candidate is chosen from each clan.

And how are they selected? Nothing special really—they simply choose the successor of the royal bloodline of that clan. That's the royal family in ancient languages.

If the royal family has more than one child, there are three options:

Option 1: One sibling surrenders the title to the other.

Option 2: The candidate is chosen based on achievements, overall skills, and ability.

Option 3: If the candidates are evenly matched, a semi-contest is held.

But in most cases, the royal bloodline reproduces only one child every 100 years.

And don't ask me if they use family play, lol.

Anyway, in case you're wondering—what if members of the clan are stronger than the royals?

Well, that's not possible, because the royals possess the direct passive talent of their founders.

That's also the main reason why they aren't added to Nexus Academy. Instead, they are home-schooled and even appraised in their various realms.

Okay, back to the tournament—before that commentator yells at me—

"KENNNNNN!"

Here you go, you noisy bastard. Hmph.

And the first match, Stage 1: Randomised Brawl, Round 1, is—

Oh my holy moly, Avalin!

It's Nari vs Zarke.

The mana prodigy of the great Margarlone Clan, who has, always, qualified for the Derger Six in every Grand Avalin,

vs

The dragonoid who dances with all the primal elements from the all-proud Nixe Clan—one of the very few people who can control all primal elements.

LET THE SHOWDOWN OF MANA VS ELEMENTAL MAGIC BEGIN!!!
