Chapter 10 - The New Identity

"And finally, this woman... Rosé," Chatchawin announced, gesturing toward her with a practiced air of respect. "Our premier infiltration specialist. She will serve as the most critical gear in our Chinese operation. She has already embedded herself deep within the CK Group and will be your conduit for all internal intelligence—the very data that will dictate the direction of our strike."

Rosé offered a faint, glacial smile to her new teammates. Her gaze lingered with predatory intent on Adisorn, but he merely caught her image in his peripheral vision, dismissing her with a cold, calculated indifference.

For Adisorn, being forced to clasp hands with this venomous queen—a woman who had previously shredded his trust into a thousand jagged pieces—was the cruelest of cosmic jokes. He knew all too well that once a glass is shattered, no amount of artisan glue can mask the cracks. The paranoia was no longer just a feeling; it was a permanent fixture of his soul.

"Before we take the first step... Mr. Adisorn."

Chatchawin's tone shifted instantly, hardening into the lethal cadence of an operational commander. His deep, piercing eyes locked onto the man before him. "You can no longer appear in Shanghai as Adisorn Rattanathan."

Adisorn's brows knit into a tight knot of confusion. "And why is that? My reputation in M&A is exactly the calling card we need, is it not?"

Chatchawin's eyes flickered with a knowing glint, a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth—the look of a man holding all the high cards. "That was the past. Currently, your name is stained with the stench of corporate scandals and allegations of business malpractice. I have no intention of letting you be compromised the moment your boots hit Chinese soil."

Chatchawin understood the reality: the name 'Adisorn' was currently damaged goods. To present such a profile to a titan like the CK Group would see every door slammed and bolted before he could even open his mouth to negotiate.

"Then what would you have me do?" Adisorn asked, his voice softening as he surrendered to the undeniable logic of the situation.

Chatchawin's smile widened, his eyes unblinking. He let a heavy silence hang over the room before he finally spoke the name that would change everything.

"A.P. Markrim."

The unfamiliar name cut through the air, resonant and powerful, like an electric current. "This is your new identity. The premier negotiator and M&A specialist from ZX Capital."

The godfather swept his gaze across every member of the team, cementing the gravity of this transformation. "From this second forward, the name Adisorn is erased from the annals of the business world. In his place stands A.P. Markrim—a man with a pristine record, a ghost with no shadows, ready to take the stage."

Chatchawin's eyes glowed with the brilliance of a master architect whose plan was falling perfectly into place. He could already see the shadow of success hidden beneath this new persona—a persona destined to become the CK Group's most unpredictable nightmare.
