(Inspired by short story from cbse english book ch My mother at 66)(This is only inspiration whole story is real and related to me)
It's about my mother
How loving, kind and caring, stubborn, she is.
Her life was really hard and full of struggling and strange on that.
She is good and amezing
When my mother was young her mother didn't loved her because she wanted a boy child and she already had a girl (my mother big sis) and when finally she gave birth to a boy she caught a brain tumor my Grand dad poured everything to cure her but couldn't and sold every thing
And she died at age of 32 and my mother was 8-9 year old at that time she was born in 1985. She runaway from home many times working in her childhood days when she should be enjoying and earning a living in her hometown in a roadside hotel. Then she was gone to odisha,banaras,patana,kolkata where she lives 3-4 years and then she came to Delhi.
By then her older sister also got married and had a tough life and my mother never liked her brother in law because he used to beat his wife and kids after drinking and even tried to married my mother to some where off but my mother angered left that place and after few years she married to my father they used to work at same place and meet their and dated eachother and end off marrying at age of in mid 20s
And before meeting my father she had learnt how to live alone but destiny her trouble didn't ended here's even after marriage.
Even in her childhood she did had cousins she used to live at their place at time my uncles where just baby's and she used to take care of them but her uncle was abusive so in the end she also left there place in few year's
And after her marriage my mother gave birth to me on same year in December.
First time my grand mother and father didn't accepted her but after I was born they did
My father belongs to uttrakhand and mother to Bihar and as you know india has really bad caste system they were different caste but not smaller so they didn't have any problem on that case only problem was love marriage
And at that time my grandmother wasn't in her mind and gave a lot of trouble to my mother and use to bully her and my grandfather was a retired army men so he used to drink a lot and swear all the time.
And my mother was fed up with all these
She had lots of hard time because of it and
My mother was not the only one there was my aunt to my father brother's wife well she used too manipulate her husband too.
Well one time when I suddenly fell in an illness where I had stones in my intestine I wasn't able to digest any food and it then turn into stone in intestine my mother got worried sick she fought with my father so she can take me too hospital but we used to live in mountains so there were no hospitals for 100km
Then she took me and my father with her leaving my Grandparents because they couldn't care much.
And started living in Delhi
And my parents tore open sky and land by working day and night to get money to cure me
And wasted 300-500k rupees in my medication and when I reached age of 12 I was finally cured if that illness and I had to eat medicine for straight 9 years.
I'm grateful for them
But sometimes I think why did they even saved me I'm not even that worth it I'm just some useless stupid bart living his days
But still a mother is a mother she could do anything for her child.
And sometimes I fear one day I lose her
But I know I shouldn't mourn it because everyone that is born will die one day but still there's a fear I might lose her one day
I don't want to lose any of My parent.
And I just hope we live happily and she live till to see her grand kids one day.
And I'm regret full that they had to live in poverty because of me anyhow were still poor but happy atleast middle class.
I hope this become a loop and I could live it many times but not as a unhealthy child but a healthy and talented one so I can give them what I couldn't in this life..
