Chapter 149 - Ethan's fever

Now that everyone had already been branded with her spiritual imprint, there was no real need to keep watching them so closely. They were veterans, after all. Training on their own wouldn't be a problem.

Ryan considered it for a moment before replying, "Let's stay one more day. We'll go down the mountain the day after tomorrow."

Tomorrow would be enough time to let John continue leading the training. With the imprint in place, there was nothing to worry about anymore.

Hearing this, Mary felt a wave of relief. 

Life on the mountain was inconvenient, and she couldn't freely stay in her space either. Going home would be far more comfortable. Besides, she was still a little worried about Thomas's situation. Returning earlier would put her mind at ease.

After the two of them finished eating, Mary brought Ryan out of the mindscape. With so many people taking potions today, she felt uneasy not being nearby in case something went wrong.
