Chapter 58
Smoker finished speaking and prepared to lead the way to the Navy base in Loguetown!
Jepack first stopped him, then pointed at Nami and Guina behind him and asked: "Can the two of them come along too?"
Nami and Guina both pointed at themselves at the same time, looking a bit stunned, and asked:
"Us?"
"Of course they can. They're disciples of Vice Admiral Garp—which Navy base would dare not welcome them?"
Hearing Smoker's affirmative answer, Jepack signaled for him to lead the way ahead.
Then he turned to Nami and Guina and said: "Let's go—time to meet Guina's twin sister!"
"Is that okay? What if there's something important in the Navy base that we're not supposed to see?"
Nami, having been bullied by Captain Rat once before, still didn't relax much around Navy personnel other than Garp.
"It's fine. The person in charge has already agreed. Just follow me. Besides, I can see the curiosity about Guina's 'twin sister' written all over both your faces."
"Then… let's go take a look?"
Guina looked at Nami and tentatively asked for her opinion!
"Sure, let's go see Big Sis Guina's sister! Hehe~"
Nami gave an affirmative answer to Guina's tentative suggestion.
Once they decided to go together, Jepack turned to look for Smoker's figure—only to find he was already gone!
"Damn! That smoking ghost is so fast? Where'd he go?!"
He then activated Observation Haki to search for Smoker's presence. When he found him, Smoker was already almost flying to the Navy base entrance!
"Found him! Logia types who can fly really are fast!"
"Where is he?"
"You two can't see him yet. Hold onto me tight—I'm going to show you my new trump card!"
"Hold on really tight, okay? If you fall, I might not be able to find you again!"
Hearing this, Nami and Guina tightly grabbed Jepack's arms—one on each side.
"Space Leap!"
In the blink of an eye, Jepack—with Nami and Guina in tow—appeared at the entrance of the Navy base.
At that moment, Smoker was still looking back to see if Jepack and the others were following. He hadn't noticed at all that they were already waiting at the gate.
"My god—what kind of skill is this?! We crossed that much distance in one blink! Jepack, you're so fast!"
Nami spoke in an astonished tone, praising Jepack without holding back. The first half made Jepack grin with delight, but the second half almost made him miss it completely!
He could only smile awkwardly toward Guina, hoping she would help defend him.
Guina, who still hadn't fully recovered, only asked Jepack one question: "Can I learn it?" and said nothing more!
Jepack felt quite heartbroken as he refused Guina's request to learn it, explaining that this was the ability of a Devil Fruit he ate as a child.
He hadn't known he had this ability before—only recently had he discovered it!
Guina shook her head and gave up the idea of learning it. But Nami beside her caught a key detail.
"No wonder lately at night I could never find you on the Ten'en!"
"Be honest—where exactly did you go? If you don't tell me, I'll have Big Sis Guina punish you with family law!"
"You little brat—how dare you threaten me with family law?!"
Just as the three of them were messing around at the Navy base entrance, Smoker finally noticed them!
His face was full of shock—on one hand because their speed was faster than his flight, and on the other hand because he hadn't sensed them passing by him at all.
Suppressing the questions in his heart, he stepped forward and said to them: "Let's go. I'll show you around the Navy base first!"
Seeing this, Nami and Jepack stopped their playful scuffle and followed Smoker through the base gates.
Smoker led them on a purposeful casual tour until they reached Tashigi's quarters. He called out Tashigi's name.
A bespectacled "Guina" peeked out from behind the door—looking extremely cute!
Nami was already dazzled. She looked at the one at the door, then at the one beside her, rubbed her eyes in disbelief, and muttered: "I'm gonna faint!"
The Tashigi who showed her face immediately saw Jepack. She opened the door and said somewhat shyly: "Ah! It's Jepack. Are you here to see me?"
Jepack smiled and replied: "Today's main character isn't me."
With that, he stepped aside, revealing Guina's figure!
The two people with completely different styles but identical appearances finally met face to face. Both stared at each other in shock, speechless!
"Century-level meeting—damn! If only we had a camera to take a photo!"
"Photo of this moment has been taken for the host! Image saved to inventory space!"
"Damn… System… you… you're alive!!!"
"The system has always been active…"
The two "twin sisters" who had been staring at each other finally spoke.
"You're the 'twin sister' Jepack mentioned who looks exactly like me?"
The first words out of both their mouths were identical—it was hard not to suspect that Koushirou Shimotsuki had lost a daughter back then!
Just as they said the same thing at the same time, the people beside them were stunned. Nami, who had been dazed, squeezed between them, touching one then the other, confirming that the person across wasn't a mirror before retreating back to Jepack's side.

The atmosphere became awkward for a moment. Jepack realized he couldn't let it stay awkward, so he stepped forward and said to Tashigi: "See? Yesterday you can't blame me for mistaking you—I even brought your sister here to meet you!"
Tashigi burst out laughing and replied to Jepack: "I never blamed you in the first place, Jepack!"
With Jepack breaking the ice, the "twin sisters" quickly became familiar with each other. They chatted like sisters who grew up together, talking about everything. Even Nami beside them couldn't get a word in!
At that moment, Smoker—who had been waiting impatiently—spoke up. He stepped forward, patted Jepack's shoulder, and said:
"Let's go. Their business is almost done. Shouldn't our story start now too?"
Jepack was startled by Smoker's explosive line and jumped back, saying to Smoker:
"Damn—don't pull that dramatic face-changing act on me. I'm a serious straight guy!"
"What's 'dramatic face-changing'?"
Smoker asked curiously.
"That… never mind. Anyway, are you really in such a hurry to get beaten? I still want to watch the sisters a bit longer!"
Smoker got angry hearing this.
He interrupted Tashigi and Guina's conversation, took Tashigi with him, and headed toward the Navy base training grounds.
Guina glanced at Jepack, expressing her dissatisfaction with Smoker interrupting, signaling Jepack to give him a proper lesson.
After receiving Jepack's OK gesture, she followed Tashigi and the others toward the training field.
Jepack, walking last, put his arm around Nami's shoulder and followed along!
