Burning like open wounds, still bleeding light.

Humanity is left with only twenty percent of its land,

crowded into seven zones: D-, D, D+, C, B, A, and S.

Zone S—known as “Absolute Safety”

is also the place where the remains of a man who died a hundred years ago are sealed.

Humans kneel to him as a saint.


Demons bow to him as a king.

In the darkness, a dream circulates among the survivors.

A dream that repeats itself—
