Scene 3: Art and Tension
INT. THRONE ROOM - CONTINUOUS
The camera shows PICASSO sitting next to APHRODITE, sketching her quickly in his notebook. She hides a shy smile. From the other side of the table, SHAKESPEARE glares at them, looking annoyed.
PICASSO
(Holding up the sketch and nodding toward her)
"This is you... but in the colors of spring. Isn't this better than all their marble statues?"
APHRODITE
(Softly laughing)
SHAKESPEARE
(Looking at them and tapping the table with his fingers)
"Picasso! Focus!"
Aphrodite stifles her laughter with her hand. The camera pulls back from the trio as the argument continues in the background. A shot follows showing CESARE BORGIA watching silently.
Scene 4: The Dark Ritual
INT. DARK CHAMBER - NIGHT
A dark place where faint red lights flicker from ancient candles. In the center sits a throne made of bones and skin.
On the throne sits a HYBRID CREATURE: His upper half is a pitch-black human, but his head and lower limbs are those of a goat, with twisted horns and glowing yellow eyes. His long claws scratch the throne eagerly. In his right hand, he holds a decayed staff, and in his left, a parchment written in red ink.
He is known as BAPHOMET; some worship him as a symbol of liberation, while others see him as a demonic entity.
A HOODED FIGURE enters the chamber behind the creature. He cuts his palm with a dagger and places his bloodprint on the contract. The creature slowly turns his head toward him, silent, as his breath rises like toxic smoke.
HOODED FIGURE
(In a muffled voice that drifts with the air)
"Prince Baphomet, master of opposites and the mirrored light... I offer myself willingly to this eternal covenant. By my blood, I swear to be a student of forbidden secrets."
The creature nods his head, waiting for the hooded man's desire after he has proven his loyalty.
HOODED FIGURE
"Take my vows... and give me the power of those who sat on this throne before the candles were even created."
The CREATURE raises his hand and strikes his staff against the ground, signaling the completion of the contract.
