Chapter 2 - 1. Terraria and the spirit.

Once upon a time, there was a kingdom: The Ragnar empire. This empire tended to use the best beasts. Blood wolves, frost unicorns, metal dogs, golden rhinoceros and the legendary dragons.

Every human being would be born with a natural spirit, that would define their lives in such as way that they could actually be divided in the canvas of reality: status, fame, prestige and wealth.

In the first era of fear, the 23rd emperor of the Ragnar empire divided the empire with his brother. The world was split into the empire of death and the Ragnar empire.

At the beginning, they would cohabit in peace and harmony. Beside that, they had barely any intention of separating themselves from the current situation at that time.

In the hellish year of Camelot 1789 in the equestrian calendar, the Ragnar empire was attacked by the remains of the empire of death: the Garagor empire, the Gaulle empire, and the Ranger empire.

At that time, Terraria had 5 continents: The Ragnar empire possessed 2 continents, which the Garagor Empire along with the Gaulle empire took for themselves. In that regard, they were indomitable for their legendary Garagors of 16 feet and their Ogres spirits of 20 feet along with fire and earth element affinities.

In the hellish year of Camelot 2000 in the equestrian calendar, a woman with a heavenly figure and as beautiful as the stars themselves. She had built a house in the wood near the tomb of the old forgotten 23rd emperor of the Ragnar empire.

She had a child named Basil Pi who would one day become the imperator of logos. This child had no spirit in mental space. Apart from a weird symbol on his chest, which seemed to be like the a black star and a sun.

Mom, you are the prettiest. I would like to marry a girl like you. Basil said in an excited tone, looking at the polished curly hair of his mother who still seemed as perfect as the snow in the winter.

It was autumn at that time, mainly, the leaves would fall around their humble house along with some bears, beasts, fairies and dokaeibis, and carnivore plants. So to say, they lived peacefully.

Oh dear! That is so cute! You remind me of your father with those blue and red eyes. But it would be difficult to find her. After all, your mother is not a mortal. Elara said out of her love.

Basically, it was up to him to find a better match for him to continue his bloodline. One thing he did not know about is the death of his father. He had thought he would live all his life with his mother.

Little he knew that his mother would actually not make it to the day of his rise: his expedition would actually be the demise of his own mother. After all, they had no support from anyone.

The days ran like the rain and the snow touched the forest of Antaras for the 7th time where he turned 7 years old. In that regard, his eyes had something unsoundable. It was like he had lived a million years, learning magic and martial from his mother.

So this is the depth of the Antaras forest. I can actually see a tomb. Even if I touch it, mother will not know about. I really need to know what I can actually do with this gap in my life. Basil said in disappointment. After all, he had been deserted by his own merits, having no spirits as a basis for his powers.

He had only created a mana circle in his heart of the second level. Apart from this, he had thought of making triangles to connect the circle, which made him as powerful as an epic spirit of A quality.

A Tengu of epic SSS quality was observing him from afar where he was preparing to attack him. Meanwhile, his mother was worried: she had lost her immortality and her soul had been poisoned by the man who killed her husband.

Watch out! someone is watching you, son! Remember what I told you! Be brave. Elara said in distress. After all, she could not hold her breath. She had done enough.

The real progress was about to commence. The tengu rushed to their side and tried to slay Basil with his sword aura and fire thunder affinity, which could actually cut 30 tree in a half.

Unfortunately, it was so late. He could not block it and his mother interposed between them and was slain in a half where she pushed him into a portal that would take him to a random unknown dimension.

MOM! Do not leave me like dad! I can save you. Basil said in dismay. Seeing his mother dying actually took a toll on him. But something was absorbed by his mind at the moment he got mad. He had actually taken the spirit of the 23rd emperor of the Ragnar empire, the ancient kung Peng: a gigantic, mythical creature from Chinese mythology that can transform between a massive fish (the Kun) and a colossal bird (the Peng). The Kun is described as being so large its size is unknown, and it transforms into the Peng, a bird whose back is also impossibly large and whose wings can cover the sky. This creature can soar to extraordinary heights and distances, flying "ninety thousand miles with one sweep of its wings

It was the time for him to face hell.
