Puma thanked me for giving her two offsprings a good purpose. Nyma couldn't stop talking about me while Puoma bragged to her other siblings about how I treated her well that I gave her a room of her own. The rest of their siblings pleaded with their mother about working for me but she refused them, telling them they would only be a burden to me since they haven't mastered anything and just kept on playing all the time.
Puma sighed, facepalming herself, telling me that one day she's going to threaten them into selling them to predators. It's getting really crowded inside her home and that she might give birth soon to more offsprings.
I gave her a happy look and told her that I'm so happy for her.
She just sighed and told me that now there are more mouths to feed and chaos in their home would soon get intensified.
Though she did not regret going on that vacation with her mate, she grinned at me wickedly.
I laughed at her and soon she laughed too.
It felt good having a friend.
Puma then asked me if I had intercourse with Lion.
With a flushed face, I told her no and we haven't mated yet.
What do you mean? Puma asked with an inquiring look.
I told her about the previous near experiences we had and she facepalmed herself again.
Poor Lion, she kept on saying. He is a decent one, she admitted.
Some of the aroused males, especially predators, would definitely go crazy with that and somehow forced the females to satisfy their growing needs, she sighed. She can't recall the number of times that females would sometimes go to her hut and buy potions that will calm the males down. In some cases though, the females ended up with some type of injury after having intercourse intensely so she had to heal them.
She then gently explained to me that intercourse and mating happens differently.
Intercourse can happen anytime before and after mating. It happens when the creatures have intense need to satisfy their body "heat" especially if the females are in their "estrus" period, a good time if you want to have offsprings. Also if the male needs to satisfy their body instinct to "assure" themselves and their mate of their relationship.
Mating is quite different. It is similar to intercourse but in a different level. This is where it happens in a specific period where the moons are at their brightest, when the male's need for their mate is at its peak. It will take several days in a secluded area. The male's arousal would be at their highest peak and they would crave their intented or current mate's attention. This is the time they would pour their "hearts" out to their mate in which they would be extremely clingy and possessive.
Puma assured me that mating happens after the bonding period which she suddenly stopped and looked at me with a smirk.
I soon realized too what she meant.
They thought, before what happened recently, that my cycle would be like them and that is why they haven't explained much about mating. Lion is focused on the bonding process so he hadn't the chance to explain mating to me.
My face became heated as I listened to the explanation.
Puma chuckled when she saw my reaction. She told me that so many males have tried to get my attention since I haven't mated yet that she noticed Lion is starting to get dominating and aggressive.
I admitted to her that I haven't seen him being aggressive though I have noticed him being extremely needy of my attention.
She looked surprised and told me that it's a wonder that I am still living together with other males. She praised Lion sincerely by definitely being something out of the ordinary. She told me that the other males are trying all sorts of efforts for my attention.
I smiled and told her that I'm already aware of that and I'm not denying it. I'm putting boundaries while still maintaining a good relationship with them.
Good work, she complimented me. She admitted that it is a good idea to have others protect me since Lion can't be there all the time to protect me, especially with the "condition" he had.
I can't tell you about the contract he have, she explained with a apologetic face.
I told her that I understand.
We became silent for awhile.
After several minutes, I feel a bit of sleepiness and I yawned.
Puma told me to sleep while she will stay by my side for now.
She suddenly remembered something and asked me if I had tried intercourse before since I am not from this world.
She told me that intercourse can happens with other males but mating only happens with one specific male in which it is a lifelong bond. The male will spend the rest of his life protecting and providing the female and in return, it is only the mate in which the female can only have offsprings with.
Though there are times that it can be twisted, she said with disdain.
I shyly told her that I haven't had intercourse yet and she became excited, telling me that Lion is lucky and would surely be more protective of me if he finds out. He would be extremely happy.
She told me that she would give me a potion to manage with the pain as she unabashedly told me that Lion's erection might be too big for me and that it would be painful during my first intercourse, though it will take several intercourses before you would get used to it though, she said thoughtfully as she looked at me from head to toe.
Puma is very outspoken and I love that about her.
How come you haven't tried intercourse before? She asked curiously.
I became silent and finally decided to share something that happened to me years before.
