"Are you alright?" Ignara asked as she checked my arm for any wounds but I was too far in thoughts that I could barely register what she had said.
I was still in shock at how Faelis was able to disappear and appear.
Was that how my father's letter ended up in my chamber?
But if he could do that at any time, why hasn't my father asked him to Ashmaris?
They had many opportunities to.
Or did I make a mistake, perhaps I was imagining things?
No I wasn't. I felt him grab me.
He was here.
"Junia?" Ignara called, "Junia?" she tapped me in the shoulders.
I jerked out of my thoughts, "yes" I turned to her with a smile.
"What is wrong?, your mind seems to be somewhere else" Ignara asked but before I could say a word she continued with her words. "I know you're shocked but this is normal to happen, the attack. Not everyone likes the king or kings" she added.
But I knew this one wasn't one of those attacks but one from my father.
