Spirit Medicine applications, Elixir exchanges, contribution point tallies—these were just a few of the many tasks. Not a single one could afford any mistakes. Since so many people were involved, one error could throw all the accounts into disarray.
It was much like a bank, with the Spirit Medicines and Elixirs acting as currency. The stronger a Pharmacist's Ability, the more Spirit Medicines they consumed and the more Elixirs they handled.
This entire workload was distributed among the Spirit Medicine Tower staff, which naturally led to a lot of business and various dedicated positions to manage it all.
And now, the sum of all these duties fell under Yang Chan's responsibility.
