A cold glint flashed in Hailey Gordon's eyes. She glanced at the patients and nurses walking back and forth outside, inwardly furious.
'This damn servant, how dare she threaten me?'
Sue Quinn whimpered and cried softly, but inside, Hailey Gordon's momentary hesitation had chilled her heart.
"You just rest and recover here. As for the restoration fluid, I'll have someone buy it for you. But this matter ends here. You're not to speak of it to anyone—"
Sue Quinn nodded and reminded her in a small voice, "Madam, my face really hurts. You have to get it as soon as possible!"
Hailey Gordon struggled to suppress her rage. "Fine!" she said curtly, then turned and left without a backward glance.
