When Aurora Sinclair woke again three days later, the first thing she saw was two pairs of red, puffy eyes. Leigh Miles and Titus Miles were standing guard by her bed, staring at her.
"Senior Sister, you're finally awake… WAHHHH…"
"WAAAH… Sen… ior… Sis… WAAAH…"
Aurora Sinclair was starving. Her whole body ached, and she had no strength. A loud RUMBLE from her stomach successfully cut off Leigh Miles's sobs.
Leigh Miles sniffled as she walked out the door, telling the adults waiting outside, "Senior Sister… is hungry…"
"Rory's awake?"
Flora Guthrie and Ronan Warner immediately entered the room.
Ronan Warner took Aurora Sinclair's pulse as the Power in her body flowed through her meridians.
Seeing his grave expression, Flora Guthrie assumed Aurora hadn't recovered and fumed inwardly.
