The beef vendor was an elderly man with graying hair, probably in his sixties. When he saw Lin Li standing in front of his stall looking at the beef, he immediately smiled and called out to him.
"Young man, you're here to buy some beef, right? You've come to the right place! This beef is a fresh shipment I just got today from the cattle farm on the outskirts of the city. It's incredibly fresh."
Lin Li looked at the brightly colored beef on the counter, nodded, and said to the gray-haired vendor, "Boss, your beef does look very fresh."
After speaking, he pointed to three large cuts of beef on the counter and added, "This one, this one, and that one. I'll take all three. Can you weigh them for me and tell me the total cost?"
The gray-haired vendor looked at the three large cuts of beef Lin Li had specified and was stunned for a moment. "Young man, are you sure you want all three of these huge pieces?"
"Yes, I'll take all three," Lin Li said with complete certainty.
