The lady of the Yue Family had a good pregnancy this time around, and with Chun Mian looking after her, she didn't suffer too much. Even so, the labor still lasted for two hours.
Outside the delivery room, Zhao Baizhou was pale with fright. After all, it was his first time experiencing such a thing! Only when he heard the baby's cries from inside the delivery room did he slump into a nearby chair, letting out a long sigh of relief.
The Midwife hurried out to announce the good news. "Congratulations, my lord! It's a little young master!"
"How is my wife?" Hearing that the Midwife hadn't mentioned the lady of the Yue Family, Zhao Baizhou asked uneasily.
Hearing his question, Chun Mian gave him a surprised look. Let alone in ancient times, even in the modern era of Ancient Earth, few men would first ask about their wives rather than their children right after delivery.
