Ward was already angry. The very first scene of the day was one NG after another, and now, after Laura Lowell's "prodding," he was absolutely fuming.
"Raina Lynn, what the hell is your problem?"
When Ward lost his temper, he didn't care if you were some investor's girlfriend.
On his set, if your acting wasn't up to snuff, you were going to get chewed out.
Out of everyone's line of sight, Raina Lynn shot a vicious, hateful glare at Laura Lowell before immediately putting on a pitiful and apologetic expression. "I'm sorry, Ward. Let's try again. I'm sure I can get it right this time."
"Focus. Everyone's time is valuable."
Ward pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration, then turned to Laura Lowell. "Do you need to take a break?"
Laura Lowell had been soaking in the water for nearly an hour, and Ward couldn't bear to watch her suffer any longer.
"No, that's alright, Ward. Let's just hurry and get this take over with."
"Alright then, let's begin."
