Inside the infirmary, Susan Caldwell was crying her eyes out, claiming that Vera Xavier had set her up and demanding that Sheldon Caldwell get justice for her.
Sheldon Caldwell was furious when he heard this. He bit his tongue for five minutes until the doctor finished treating her wounds, then he finally snapped, "I already know everything that happened. Susan Caldwell, how dare you ask me to get justice for you? What you should be worrying about is whether or not you're going to be expelled! I'm calling Dad right now to let him know about all the 'great' things you've been up to at school!"
Susan Caldwell was stunned. Through her tears, she cried, "Sheldon Caldwell, I'm your own sister! You can't just abandon me!"
The sight of her infuriated him. After a long, choked silence, he finally said, "I wish you weren't my sister!"
