She walked past Vivian Yates as if she hadn't even seen her and went straight downstairs.

Patrick Grant painted, completely absorbed.

Just like that, Vivian Yates was ignored by everyone.

The Grant Family's coldness was unexpected, and it embarrassed her.

Her face darkened instantly.

'She was absolutely furious,' but Vivian Yates didn't let it show. She casually walked over, smiled, and said, "I heard you praising Annabelle, Aunty. Annabelle really is quite wonderful."

Roxanne Jennings's interest was piqued. "Oh?"

Vivian Yates said sweetly, "Aunty, you might not know this, but in high school, Annabelle wasn't just a top student, she was the school beauty. Eight out of every ten boys in the school had a crush on her.

And Annabelle is very independent. She never took a penny from her family and worked part-time to support herself through school. She earned all her own money for tuition and living expenses."
