Eric Kensington walked into the OmniSun Properties Group headquarters. Once inside the elevator, he took a moment to check his reflection in the mirror and fix his hair.
He had received word at noon that Ethan Fuller had agreed to re-sign the contract with him, and the meeting was set for this location.
He found it rather strange. 'Ethan Fuller has always been in hospitality—bars, hotels, and the like. Since when is he involved in real estate?'
Although he was puzzled, the other party had said they could sign the contract, so he hadn't asked too many questions.
The elevator opened with a DING. The meeting had been set for the 18th floor.
The moment the doors opened, he saw people dressed like classic real estate agents in white shirts and black suits. Gathered in twos and threes, they were studying floor plans.
