"Really?" The answer caught Claire Sinclair completely by surprise.

Just this morning, Adrian Quincy had told her she was a long way from being a career woman. 'Now I'm finally getting the hang of it! This feels great!'

Nancy Lockwood nodded. "I could tell Mrs. Hale really enjoyed talking with you. You did a great job on this assignment."

Speaking of the assignment, Claire Sinclair remembered the hero's medal Mrs. Hale had given her.

She took out the hero's medal and handed it to Nancy Lockwood. "Do I have to turn this in? Or can I take it home and keep it for my sister?"

Nancy Lockwood said, "Why don't you ask Young Master Quincy once he's free?"

It was, after all, a gift from a president's wife. Claire Sinclair agreed she should ask for her superior's opinion first. "Okay, I'll talk to Mr. Quincy about it later. By the way, is there anything else I need to do? If not, I'd like to go find my colleagues."
