Chapter 1 - Chapter 1; The beginning

Host: Hello. I will be your host, and I will take you on an exciting journey called The Sound of Thunder. But first—what is the sound of thunder? Let us begin.

It all began on a planet called Mohab, a world known as the home of a powerful warrior race called the Saints. Mohab was a peaceful planet, ruled by a wise king and his beautiful queen. Together, they had twins named Zumba and Zambia.

Zumba was a handsome boy with striking blue hair, while his twin brother Zambia looked almost identical—except his hair was as white as wool.

The twins lived happily with their parents and had many friends. Their closest companions were Lily, Diana, and Zandra. Lily was a beautiful girl with vibrant red hair. Diana was kind and gentle, with golden hair that matched her warm personality. Zandra, a brave and fearless boy, had light brown hair that symbolized his courage.

When the children were only seven years old, something terrible happened—something that would change their lives forever.

An evil man named Zeneb attacked Mohab. The planet was doomed. But before its destruction, fourteen children were sent away in secret to ensure the survival of their race. Among them were Zumba, Zambia, and their three closest friends.

They were sent away in three different spaceships to unknown destinations. One of those ships carried Zumba, Zambia, Lily, Diana, and Zandra.

While the spaceship drifted through space, Zumba woke up. Through the ship's window, he saw the unthinkable—Mohab exploding in a blinding light. Everything he loved was gone. His parents. His home. His world.

Tears streamed down his face as grief overwhelmed him. Exhausted from crying, Zumba eventually fell back asleep as the spaceship continued its lonely journey.

The ship eventually entered the atmosphere of a planet called Earth and crashed into a mountain. Nearby, a scientist named Professor T was camping. Shocked by what he saw, Professor T approached the wreckage. Curiosity led him inside the spaceship, where he discovered the five unconscious children.

He could not bring himself to leave them behind.

Professor T took the children in and cared for them as if they were his own. He gave them food so they would not starve, clothes to keep them warm, and even sent them to school. Despite his kindness, no matter how much he tried, he could not fill the empty space left in their hearts. They were forced to adapt to life among humans, carrying the pain of a world they had lost.

But as the old saying goes—for every beginning, there is an end, and for every end, a new beginning.

This is what The Sound of Thunder is all about.

You have seen the beginning.

Do you want to see the end?

Although their lives on Earth seemed peaceful, this was only the beginning of The Sound of Thunder.

Chapter 2

This Is for My Parents

Host: Life on Earth was peaceful, but their story did not end there.

By the age of fifteen, Zumba had begun to understand and control his powers. Electricity flowed naturally through him, responding to his focus and discipline. During one of his training sessions with his friends, Zumba released a surge of lightning powerful enough to supply energy to an entire city.

Suddenly, the ground shook.

The ocean split apart, and something ancient rose from the depths, tearing through the sky before stopping directly in front of Zumba. It hovered silently, glowing with power.

It was a sword.

Its blade shone bright blue, crackling with lightning.

"I am Ayo," the sword said.

Zumba stepped back in shock. "You… can talk?"

Host: The silence that followed was heavy. Calmly, the sword began to explain.

"I am not an ordinary weapon," Ayo said. "I once belonged to a legendary warrior. When my master fell, I hid myself in the deepest sea, waiting for someone worthy to wield me. I have watched many souls—but you, Zumba, are the one I choose."

Zumba clenched his fists. "Why me?"

"I have seen compassion in your heart," Ayo replied. "You fight not for power, but to protect others."

After a long moment, Zumba reached out and grasped the sword. Lightning surged around them, sealing a powerful bond that would only grow stronger with time.

But fate was already moving.

News of the Saints' survival eventually reached Zeneb. Enraged that any had escaped him, he traveled to Earth to finish what he had started.

The sky darkened to a deep blue, and the sun glowed red, as if bleeding. Fear spread across the planet—but anger burned brighter within the five teenagers.

Zeneb arrived with his warriors, and a brutal battle erupted.

Zumba charged forward, lightning racing along Ayo's blade as their clash shook the air.

Elsewhere on the battlefield, the others faced their own trials.

The ground cracked beneath Lily, and she fell into the mouth of a raging volcano. For a terrifying moment, all was silent. Then the lava began to churn. A pillar of fire exploded upward, and Lily emerged from the molten depths, unharmed. Her body glowed like living flame, fire dancing across her skin. With a single motion, she bent the lava to her will, driving Zeneb's warriors back in a wave of heat.

Nearby, Zambia stood calmly as enemies surrounded him. He raised his hands, and the temperature dropped instantly. Frost spread across the battlefield, ice forming beneath his feet. Walls, shields, and spears of ice rose at his command, freezing his opponents in place with controlled precision.

High above them, Zandra leapt into the air as powerful winds gathered around him. He stretched out his arms, and the wind answered. Violent gusts tore through the battlefield, lifting enemies off the ground and hurling them away. Every movement he made guided the wind like an extension of his own body.

Diana stayed close to her friends, moving swiftly through the chaos. She warned them of incoming attacks, pulled allies out of danger, and kept them focused when fear threatened to take hold. Though her power was quieter, her presence held the team together.

Despite their strength, Zeneb's army began to overwhelm them.

Refusing to fall, Zumba flew into the sky. He raised Ayo high above his head, and a blinding flash of lightning erupted—so powerful it could be seen across the galaxy.

That light was seen by the other survivors of Mohab.

Understanding its meaning, they raced toward Earth at unimaginable speed. Zumba's voice thundered across the planet:

"Anyone on this world who is worthy—rise and claim the power of thunder!"

In that moment, lightning awakened within the people of Earth.

The battle turned.

With Ayo by his side and the power of thunder unleashed, Zumba overwhelmed Zeneb. At last defeated, Zeneb was banished to the Banished Realm, a prison for the galaxy's greatest criminals.

Peace returned once more.

Host: But as I always say—this was only the beginning of The Sound of Thunder.
