Alok took a deep breath but remained silent.
He knew Nidhi very well.
If someone slapped her once, she wouldn't hesitate to cut off their hand in return.
It was already 9 PM.
Alok Mehra still had fourteen stores and four mansions listed in the market, but none of them had been sold yet.
Just then, he received a call from Nidhi's lawyer.
"Sir, if we don't receive the money by tonight, we will not hesitate to reveal everything your daughter has done to the public."
Alok replied helplessly,
"I need more time. I can't do anything right now. Even though my properties are in the market, none of them are being sold."
"Only three hours are left," the lawyer said bluntly before hanging up the call.
Alok was extremely nervous.
For the past three months, he had been trying to sell his properties, but nothing had worked. Now he was even more anxious because something that hadn't happened in three months clearly couldn't happen in just a few hours.
