Eurielle's POV
I'm currently in the library reading some books to know more about the Empire and to avoid those three annoying people in this Palace
Many servants were shock as they saw me moving in the Main Palace. They would whisper here and there that I pay no mind
As I flip the pages on the book, I sense that someone is behind me but I pretend to not notice. That person held my shoulder and as I turn my head, I saw the Crown Prince
"Oh, greetings Your Highness" I said and bow as I smile at him
"Do you like reading?" He ask me in a cold manner as he sit on the chair in front of me
"Yes, I do. Reading makes me imagine a lot of beautiful things" I said and smile at him softly. He look at me and stand up as he start to pick some books and start reading them in front of me
I just look at him and continue reading my book as I softly smile
Well, this peacefulness was something Eurielle never experience
(Flashback)
"Good Morning Your Highness" Eurielle said cheerfully as she saw her brother in the library
The Crown Prince didn't steal a glance at her and just continue reading. This hurt Eurielle yet she still smile because she's happy enough to see her brother
"Don't even think of hurting Adelia. One wrong move and you'll face a heavy consequences" Prince Lucas coldly threatened her.
Eurielle just simply nod while bowing her head. The Prince left the library as Eurielle quietly cry
"It's fine. Soon they will love me. Soon" She softly mumble as she wipe her tears and start reading

And yet, the world shattered her hope everytime she was being reborn. Reality slap her that no matter what she do
Her Father and Brother will always be the one to kill her because of Adelia
She was to kind that they kept abusing her. But I thank the Royal Family for treating Eurielle that way since if they did not treat her like that then Eurielle won't summon me

I stare at Prince Lucas and saw his overflowing Mana surrounding him

As I utter those words in my head, my Mana is slowly consuming his Mana as I turn them into Dark Mana
Eurielle's Magic is a unique one since she always get reborn. This is her 10th life and she fall into despair since in those nine lives, she died at the hands either her Father or Brother because of Adelia that led me to be here
Really pity
The only difference between a human and a Devil is our appearance and Mana. Humans is much more evil than any other Devil to exist
I was so immersed on what I am reading that I didn't realize the time. We are only interrupted when a maid announce that dinner is ready
We proceed to go at the Dining Hall together. I saw the Emperor and Adelia on his left side. Prince Lucas sat on the right side and decided to sit beside him
As we peacefully eat our food, the Emperor suddenly speak
"Eurielle, tomorrow you will go to the Archduke's territory to send them the invitation for Adelia's Ceremony next week" He coldly said. I smile at him and replied "Yes, I understand"
"I'm so excited for my Ceremony. The Archduke and the Patriarch of the Four Powerful Ducal Families will attend along with their Heir is truly an honor" Adelia said as she glance at me
So what she's trying to say is that she's so important that those people will attend her Ceremony. I bet the Emperor just threatened those Dukes to attend her Ceremony
Besides, her Ceremony will definitely focus on her. I can't wait to see her reaction
I look at her and smile as I clap my hands "Princess Adelia is really the Saintess that the Empire can ever wish for. May the Empire live in peace because of you" I said softly and smile at her. She look at me and just continue eating
I continue eating my food as we proceed our respective rooms. I look at my room that has no light aside from the moonlight
The Empire of Moronov is really close to the Magical Forest where Magical Beast reside. Hunting Competition is usually held there as they hunt Beast
The Forest is surrounded with a barrier so that Magical Beast won't come to the Villages and kill some humans
This Protective Barrier is being held by the Archduke Camero Lucretius Valentine. He's the one who rule the Four Powerful Ducal Houses.
He's the one protecting the Empire from preventing those Magical Beast to attack humans. Thanks to his Mana he was able to make a core to maintain the Barrier

I'm currently at a carriage as we go to the Archduke's territory. The Emperor hand me the invitation for the Ceremony and of course I open it cause why not?
This envelope that the Emperor gave me is really an invitation. Tsk, I was hoping it was just an alibi since they have another issues to discuss but I guess not
As we arrive, the first thing that welcome me as I go down the carriage is the Archduke himself along with a few servants

I thought he's an intimidating old geezer. I didn't know he's just in his early 20's
I wonder why he still doesn't have a wife. Oh well, I bet he view woman as a pest

"Greetings to you Your Highness Princess Eurielle" He said and bow his head. I smile and also bow at him "It's a pleasure to meet you Archduke" I softly said and smile at him
He smiled but not a sincere one as he leads me inside his house. We are currently in his office drinking some tea. I hand him the envelope that the Emperor gave me and I saw how his face frown
"I see. So its the Princess Adelia Ceremony to be crowned as a Saintess. Don't worry I will attend it" He plainly said to me as I nod in response
"Yes, I'm apologizing for this inconvenience Archduke. My sister is the precious Princess of the Empire so I hope you can consider" I said and gave him an apologetic look as if I didn't say anything wrong
'Must be insulting to attend a Ceremony because of a Princess who will be a Saintess to someone like you who don't even believe in Gods and you have no choice but to attend since it is an order from the Emperor himself'
The Archduke Valentine respect no priest or pope, believe no God or Goddess
Making him attend the Ceremony is considered as insulting him but of course. No one knows that he is like that
Which is why nobody knew he hated the Royal Family since he's good wearing his mask
Thanks to Eurielle being reborn for so many times, it was discovered one time when she was reborn
He look at me as he start to chuckle. I look at him innocently and smile as if I had no idea why he's laughing
"Do you know about my Ability Your Highness?" He ask me that made me look at him
"Yes, I mean it is well known to everyone" I replied at him as I drink my tea while looking at his Garden. Should I destroy that? I kinda feel like destroying every people's Garden
"Do you hate the Empire?" He ask that made me look at him. He has a serious face yet his eyes held a glint of amusement
Did he see through me? Now I'm really intrigued about this ability of his
It's must be really nice if I have that ability
I drop my tea cup as I lean forward and put my hand on my chin as I smile at him and said "No, in fact I love the Empire"
Let's see if he can tell if it was a lie or not
"Hm, I see. I thought you hate this Empire" He said that made me chuckle
"Why would you think that Archduke?" I ask.

"Just instinct" He simply said and look at me. I nod my head and reply "I advise you to trust your instincts" I said and smile at him. I stand up and bow as I bid my farewell at him
"It is a great pleasure meeting you Archduke Valentine"
I'm already inside the carriage and ready to depart. I look at the House Valentine one last time and smile
"He's really worthy to be the Archduke" I playfully said as I felt my Mana becoming much more stronger.
Archduke Cameron's POV
I look at Princess Eurielle as she leaves the Gates. I sip my tea when Ryan, my right hand, entered the office.
"So?" He said and cross his arms. I hand him the invitation as he read it.
"Hm, seems like a hassle but we can't do anything since it's from the Emperor" He said and put the envelope on the table.
"Ryan, what are your thoughts about Princess Eurielle?" I curiously ask him. He look at me and think for a second before answering
"Well, she's a nice person. Despite being abandoned by her Family she still has a jolly and nice personality" He said with a smile. Indeed, she has a jolly attitude even when I talk to her earlier but. . .
Why do I feel like there's something Dark and Eerie about her?
"I advise you to trust your instincts Archduke"

"Why did you ask Your Grace?" Ryan ask as he look at me
"We know the potential of my ability. Even if you smile at me and act like your saying the truth, my ability can see through the facade a person wear to hide the lies that their telling" I explain on him as I cross my arms and look at him
"Yeah, so?" He ask looking clueless. "When I use my ability to Princess Eurielle, my ability can't identify if what she said is the truth or if she is lying" I said to him that made his face frown
"What did you even asked her?"
"I ask her if she hates the Empire and she said she doesn't. She even said that she loves the Empire with a smile" I said and saw his face turn serious then sigh afterwards
"Then I guess we will soon just see this Empire's downfall. I can't even imagine what her rage and hatred can cause" He nonchalantly said and shrugged his shoulders as he look at me. I stared at him before speaking
"Hm. 'The rage of a kind person is enough to bring chaos' Is what my Father told me once"
"What do we do now?" He ask
"Let's go to the Palace. I want to see Princess Eurielle again" I said as my voice is filled with mischief and stand besides the window
"Yeah sure, then what? Console her? Psh" He said in a sarcastic tone that made me roll my eyes
I look at the Royal Carriage as it slowly disappear from my sight
