In the stadium where everyone was layed on the floor and finding it difficult to move talk less of even fight, Yuji stood face to face with his masked opponent that was standing a few yards away from him. Yuji seemed tired, angry and frustrated as he held both his daggers on different hands. His hands were bruised with burn marks, his face as well had scratches steaming as well. Yuji was thinking to himself "This is bad. I'm tired, and I'm beat. I can't fight for long anymore, I'm almost out of energy. This bastard.....", he started to bite his lip "He killed him...!". Yuji started to think of Kazuma "He killed Kazuma!", he exclaimed with anger in his head. Mio's voice called out to him "YUJI!", Yuji snapped out of his current mental state "Huh?", he exhaled. He looked around, his eyes widened the moment he saw the girls beat up on the floor, and the rest of the boys being held down by Rexus. Rexus tilted his head with a smirk "Ah? I know you. You're the kid who couldn't keep his cool back then. You finally figured out what's going on?", he said. Mio called out to Yuji "Yuji!", Yuji turned to her "What is it?", Mio sneered at him "DONT GIVE ME THAT CRAP! YOU CAN SEE IM IN A CRITICAL CONDITION HERE, I NEED YOUR HELP!". Yuji replied bluntly "I'm more worried about Regina and the rest of the girls than I am with you!", Mio sneered again "YOU BASTARD!". Regina called out to them "NOW'S NOT THE TIME FOR THIS!", Mio and Yuji grew tensed. Regina then said "Yuji! Right now non of us have the ability to fight, we're all down.", Mio added "Yeah, that's right! And by the way, where's Kazuma?!". Yuji immediately grew more tensed "Kazuma.....!", his face started to get filled with sadness before grief overtook it. Kito, Volt and White were beat up but where still conscious "What the....? Why's he taking so long to answer?", Volt muttered. Kito's head struggled to raise forward "That's right! Kazuma.....was with you! Where is he?". Mio asked, but this time, she hesitated "Yuji, where's.... Kazuma?". Yuji was silent for a moment, his face saddened "Kazuma's dead.", everyone immediately grew shocked. Mio, Regina, even the rest of the girls that were unconscious were also stunned. Gwen struggle to use her hands to raise her body upwards even tho she couldn't "No way. What are you saying?! This isn't a time for jokes you idiot!", her tone grew more aggressive "WHERE'S KAZUMA?!", she yelled and questioned him. Yuji was quiet before answering "Kazuma was caught off guard during our patrol when a blade came running through him. He lost a ton of blood instantly and dropped dead.". Regina's eyes grew pale "Don't fuck with us, Yuji!", she said with worry "WHERE'S KAZUMA?! STOP IT! WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!", she yelled with fear in her voice. Yuji yelled back "YOU DEAF?! I JUST SAID HE'S DEAD! WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND?!", Regina gasped and grew even more pale. Mio started to have a panic attack "No way! You've got to be kidding! Kazuma can't be dead!", her breathing started to grow heavier and heavier until she started sweating "You can't be telling the truth! Yuji! You can't be telling the truth!", she cried. Sparks of electricity started to flicker around Yuji, his eyes were shadowed "I'm sorry, Mio.", he gritted his teeth, lightning blasted out of his hands and started going wild without control. He started to mutter "It's all your fault! It's all your fault! It's all your fault!". Kito, with the little strength he had left, was thinking to himself "Kazuma's dead? No! No! He can't die! Not like this! Kazuma!", he started to think of himself and Kazuma always playing around, sparring and having fun. Kito growled "GOD DAMN IT!", his white markings started to appear and dissappear from his hands like faulty lights "Kazuma. Kazuma. KAZUMA!", he was thinking of his friend "I can't! I'm to sad to get angry! Kazuma...!". Rexus chuckled "Awn? He's dead? That's a pain. I really thought he and I would get to fight against each other like the last time. The kids got potential, but whatever. It is what it is.", he looked at the boys he had pinned "Looks like I've still got time to toy with you lot before i kill you.". White started to squeeze Rexus's arm that was strangling him "Let go!", Rexus looked at him "Hm?", White sneered "I SAID LET GO!". White muttered as he made an attempt to tear Rexus's arm off from his throat "You have the audacity to talk so smug after hearing Kazuma's death! You bastards! I'll kill you.", he growled with violence. Rexus's face and tone became more smug "Oh? Okay then.", he dragged White upwards and kicked him on the stomach. White vomited a ton of blood and was chocking on the floor "UGH! NGHA! GGHA!". Rexus took a look at Yuji, who's lightning was going out of control "Looks like he's lost it.", he turned to his masked ally who had killed Kazuma "You. Go kill that kid.". The masked assassin shot forward, his blade ready to drive into Yuji. But as it did so, Yuji's lightning filled eyes grew with intense violence, he let out a devastating roar and then punched the masked assassin on the face with a devastating amount of raw power. Lightning exploded all over the stadium just from one punch of Yuji. Dust filled the place, Rexus used a wave of his hand to brush the dust away. His eyes lit up with amusement "Oh? What do we have here?". The mask of the assassin started to crumble, Yuji's face slowly started to turn into that of disbelief "Huh? Are you kidding me?", he asked himself with shock. It turns out that the man behind the mask was non other than Dan. Yuji's eyes grew more distorted and heartbroken "Dan?", he muttered the name of his supposedly dead ally who was presumed deceased a few months ago.
