Nora's POV
"Are you seriously kidding me right now?" I launch myself out of bed, throwing the covers aside with enough force to send them flying. But something's wrong. This isn't Chicago. I spin around and catch sight of Brent pushing himself up against the headboard, confusion creasing his features. I'm standing in my old bedroom, the one from the brick house I used to call home.
"What the hell is this supposed to prove now that I've figured it out?" I shout toward the ceiling, my voice echoing off the familiar walls.
"Nora, what's going on?" Brent swings his legs over the side of the bed and moves toward me, his hand reaching for mine.
"Everything is wrong," I snap, stepping away from him to examine the room more closely.
