The sun slowly dipped down beyond the horizon. A fake sigh was heard. "Do we truly need to clean **every** single classroom of this floor?" A petite girl asked, leaning against the broom she held, her black hair moving slightly as her head tilted.
"Don't ask something you know the answer to, Genko. In this era and land we know nothing of, those people took us in and now allow us to learn about their world. Kindness is not an obligation, we need to pay it back. Cleaning the school is the least we can do." Another girl added, she was the same height as the first, the only difference was that she had golden hair instead of black, and she was the one holding the dustpan.
Not far from them, the third girl who had silver hair opened and closed her lips slowly while holding a small trash bag. She seem to be trying to join the conversation, or stop the arguing, but wasn't able to let a single word out.
"You three are still at it?" A more masculine voice asked. Someone stood in the doorway, a tall, blonde man. He would likelybe considered very handsome if it wasn't for the numerous scars on his body, most notably a large one going from his left ear to the side, over his closed left eye and reaching just past the bridge of his nose.
The golden haired girl did a small, quick bow, before taking out a pencil from under her sleeve and asking "Mot, did you forget something here again? We found a pencil, could it be yours?" Mot walked up to her took it, before answering "No, ain't mine, it's Medusa's. She's getting her glasses checked. But seriously, getting me to come back just for a damn pencil, I hope she's at least gonna thank me." Mot grumbled the last part as he left.
"See you tomorow, I suppose...?" The silver haired girl managed to say, even if it was closer to a whisper. "Good job, Ginko! You managed to say something!" The golden haired one said with a gentle smile, proud of the other. Genko however raised a brow in confusion "She said something? I didn't even hear her. Hey, Kinko, are you sure it wasn't in your head?"
Kinko sigh "It wasn't intentional, so I won't be mad this time. But, Genko, please don't phrase it in a way that could be interpreted as you bullying Ginko."
