That evening, Jin came out of the bathroom wearing only pants. He wandered between the rooms in the dormitory with a towel on his back, reaching a small room and entering it directly. He stood at the door for a moment, looking; there were two beds, and two young men were sleeping.
Jin sat on the bed beside one of them, leaning his head on his hand, and nudged the young man's face with his finger. The young man's features were a mix between Eastern and Western. Jin continued nudging for a bit. The young man moved slightly, talking in his sleep: "Haaa… Mother, I told you I like Kimchi more; prepare Kimchi for lunch."
Jin looked for a moment and spoke while nudging his face: "Hey, your mother is outside and she brought you the Kimchi."
The young man sat up quickly, rubbing his eyes and looking around: "Ha, where is she? I want the food."
The boy went silent for a moment while looking at Jin. Jin was lying on his side, leaning his head on his hand, wearing nothing but pants. Well...
The young man recoiled and screamed loudly: "Aaaaah! Save me! He's a molester!"
Jin was stunned by this, while the other young man began to wake up slowly from the other bed.
"Hey Peter… why are you screaming?"
The young man looked at the situation for a moment… and he screamed too.
"Aaaaaah! He's molesting Peter! Save him!"
Jin was completely shocked and shouted: "You two idiots, what are you saying?"
Peter: "Shut up, you guilty ! You pervert!" He screamed loudly: "Save me!!"
Jin stood up and punched him hard in the stomach, agitated: "You bastard, what the hell are you saying?"
The other young man looked for a moment: "Ha? He's molesting Peter and hitting him! Save me!"
Jin flared up, clenching his teeth. The room door opened, and Song, Shao-Kan, Huo-Lin, and Wang Chi entered. They looked for a moment, and Jin turned to them; he was agitated as he spoke to Song.
Jin: "Song, you idiot! I told you to bring a writer to help you, not a pair of brainless pigeons
They went silent for a moment…
Huo-Lin: "Captain… I thought you were against women because they are evil, but…"
Wang Chi: "Damn, these handsome ones are like this; there is no guarantee they are disciplined."
Jin was bewildered: "Ha? What… what are you saying now?"
Song: "Tsk tsk… what a pity. I am disappointed in you, Captain."
Peter and the other young man looked at each other, then looked at the rest. They spoke in unison: "Captain?"
Shao-Kan: "It's okay, Captain. We will help you find a cure."
Jin went silent for a moment, then drew the sword from his storage ring, and his aura exploded! He spoke with an extremely ugly expression while drawing the sword: "It seems… we had a good time. Unfortunately, it seems it is about to end."
The next day, at the Great Akran Academy, specifically in the Colosseum.
Crowds were gathered in the stands, watching the duels on the field. Director Albert sat in his seat in the private box, and on both sides of him were several chairs occupied by other people. Most of them appeared to be mages, but specifically, the chair to his right.
Sitting there was a man who looked to be in his forties; his long silver hair flowed freely, and his blue eyes were glowing like beach water. He rested his cheek on his hand and spoke.
"What is this, old man? The tournament this year is boring. If it continues like this, it will be the worst in this decade."
Albert smiled while looking at him: "Old man? You are only a few years younger than me. Were you deceived by your appearance or what, Dominic?"
Dominic laughed: "You are still as I knew you—manipulating even the simplest words if you don't want to answer."
Albert: "It's not my fault that you still have the enthusiasm of youth at your age. Wait until your son's turn comes; the events will get better."
Dominic sighed: "My son? That mischievous child. He chose to study at your academy instead of the family's Magic Tower. He only contacts us to ask for money."
Albert laughed lightly: "My friend, that's how children are. Let him enjoy these peaceful days."
Dominic smiled while looking at the duel before him. To their side, a woman came and sat on the chair. Her hair was pure white, and her eyes were blood-red with sharp pupils—the same Wyvern rider from before!
Dominic looked, and his eyes widened slightly: "My God, is that you, Helena? You've truly grown up!"
Helena looked for a moment, thinking: 'Dominic Verusia, current head of the Verusia family and a mage at the peak of the Ninth Circle, a Throne among the Magic Thrones and one of the Ten Thrones… and yet, he acts with exaggerated simplicity. And Director Albert… how do they act so casually?'
Helena: "Hello, sir. It has truly been a long time."
Dominic sighed: "It's okay, little one. The fault lies with your father in the end. Twenty-five years have passed since the isolation between the two continents began, but he only appears when there is a disaster; he doesn't even send family members."
Helena smiled sadly: "It's okay… you know the reason for that, sir."
