Tuesday afternoon.The Student Council room.
Fujiwara Chika and Shirogane Kei were playing a board game that looked vaguely like Monopoly.
"Rolled a six. Enter the fruit shop. Purchase nuts. Effect: total coins increase by five percent."
Chika waved cheerfully when she saw him."Good afternoon, President. Want to join us? I made this game myself."
Kei followed with a gentle nod."Good afternoon, President."
Kūjō Ryō walked behind them and glanced at the board."Good afternoon. I will just watch for now."
"Heehee, you will definitely like it," Chika said, picking up the dice to explain the rules.
Just then, the door opened.
Everyone looked up instinctively.
It was the Public Morals Officer, Iino Miko.
Seeing that it was not Shinomiya Kaguya, all three visibly relaxed.

While the three girls were focused on the game, the door opened again.

Iino and the others jumped in surprise, like students caught chatting during class.

Kaguya nodded and took her seat. She removed a book from her bag and began reading.
The three exchanged glances, then resumed the game more quietly.
After watching for a while, Ryō lost interest and returned to the president's desk.
He unlocked the cabinet and powered on the Student Council computer.
This machine was used to communicate with the school and receive student feedback.
After logging in, he checked the messages.
There was only one note from a teacher, reminding the council to carefully review funding requests for new club equipment. The earliest delivery would be Friday.
Ryō replied, "Received."

Ryō's expression darkened immediately.
He added Ueno Naoka's contact and typed quickly.
"Is she still in the classroom?"
Before she could reply, a short video arrived.
Ryō opened it.
On screen, a gentle girl with light brown hair sat quietly at her desk, reading.
It was Nishimiya Shoko. She looked exactly as he remembered.
A rough voice spoke off camera.
"Nishimiya, you can actually hear with that thing, right? Then why do we still have to write everything?"
A hand appeared and snatched the hearing aid away without permission.
The video ended.
Ueno's message followed immediately.
"She is still here. A classmate is holding her hearing aid and messing with it."
"I am on my way."
Ryō stood up at once.
"I have an urgent matter to handle."
He left quickly, ignoring the surprised looks behind him.
Ryō despised bullying, especially when it targeted the vulnerable.
With authority came responsibility.
A system notification sounded.
"You interacted with the Student Council members without submissive behavior. Reward: +1 point. Total points: 10."
Without hesitation, Ryō opened the system shop.
Tenfold Strength.
Points spent: 10.Upgrade complete. Strength increased tenfold.
Ryō stepped into the hallway, his expression calm but resolute.
This was not something he would ignore.
