Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: A Fierce Battle—Power Beyond Compare!!

ROOOAR!!!

ROOOAR!!!

High above the battlefield, Kyogre bellowed downward, and its golden-blue aura flared.

A massive beam of energy, meters wide, shot straight toward Groudon.

Naturally, Groudon had no intention of tolerating this lifelong rival—

this leech who stole its energy the moment it woke up.

Its lumbering frame made dodging impossible.

Not that it needed to dodge.

ROOOOAR!!!!!!

A crimson beam erupted from its jaws, colliding head-on with Kyogre's attack.

BOOOOOOOM!!!

A terrifying blast consumed the battlefield.

Smoke and dust rolled outward in all directions.

Both titans roared again, charging up another attack.

Energy gathered at their mouths.

Every Pokémon Trainer in the Pokémon world instantly recognized the move:

Ancient Power.

A move already powerful—

but in their hands…

KABOOOOOM!!!

Their Ancient Power blasts shot forth simultaneously.

BOOM!!!

The collision detonated, unleashing a devastating shockwave—

The entire space seemed as if it would shatter

under the force of these catastrophic techniques.

ZZZZZZZZT!!!

Arcs of electricity and bursts of molten sparks sprayed outward,

peppering the ground with countless small craters.

Then—

KABOOOOOOOOOM!!!

A sudden, earth-shattering explosion erupted without warning!

A sphere of blinding light appeared at their center—

and expanded rapidly.

Everything the sphere touched—

was erased.

The land—

shattered to dust.

The sea—

vaporized on contact.

Everyone watching widened their eyes in horror.

In the instant the light sphere burst—

It was as if countless nuclear bombs detonated together at the exact same point.

The sphere erupted outward, devouring everything.

A gigantic mushroom cloud rose violently skyward, expanding across the horizon.

On every viewer's screen—

blinding light and deafening explosions drowned out all else.

When the blast wave finally dissipated,

the sight left nearly every viewer trembling.

At the boundary of ocean and land,

a colossal crater had formed—

a vacuum where even seawater could not remain.

After a brief pause, the surrounding ocean surged inward,

as if desperately trying to refill the abyss.

On the land side, magma poured in like soldiers patching a breached wall.

The war between ocean and land began anew!

SSSSSSSSHHHH!!

Billowing white steam rose from the crater

as molten lava touched surging seawater.

Across countless worlds, every living creature fell silent.

Their eyes were blank—

their minds numb with shock.

One Piece World

"This… this kind of power can come from living creatures!?"

Ace's eyes trembled as he stared at the devastation.

"Ace," Whitebeard said, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"With power like that… these two could only be called gods."

Even Whitebeard had to admit it:

He was nowhere near their level.

Bleach World

"This is insane… this level of destruction…

No wonder they're called the God of Land and the God of Sea,"

Ichigo Kurosaki muttered, lips twitching uncontrollably.

"But in the books I've read, the gods of land and sea don't look like this.

And they're not called Groudon or Kyogre," Rukia Kuchiki said,

brows furrowed as she flipped through an illustrated bestiary.

One Punch Man World

"What incredible power…

Man, I really wanna fight them."

Saitama clenched his fists—

his long-dormant fighting spirit ignited.

He wanted to go challenge them right now.

"Sensei!! I will follow you wherever you go!"

Genos declared with burning devotion.

He himself felt crushed under the aura of the two Primals—

unable even to imagine resisting—

But Saitama was fired up.

Once again, Genos realized:

I still have so much to learn from Sensei…!!

Across infinite worlds,

everyone was overwhelmed by the devastation—

Just the crater created by a single clash

was enough to prove how horrifying these two Primals truly were.

Crash—! Splash—! RUMBLE—!

The sounds of the ocean consuming land

echoed across the battlefield.

In the distance, waves surged; magma rushed.

Groudon and Kyogre locked eyes once more.

Neither spared even a glance at the devastation around them.

To them, this level of destruction was nothing—

a trivial side effect.

Everyone watching held their breaths,

terrified even to exhale.

Soon—

They moved again.

SWOOSH!!!

Kyogre soared into the sky, spiraling upward through the stormy air.

This sight seemed to enrage Groudon.

ROOOOOAR!!!!!!

To Groudon, Kyogre's aerial maneuvering was pure provocation.

You damn whale!!

Flying in front of me!?

Taste my Precipice Blades!!!

With a thunderous stomp,

Groudon drove its foot into the ground.

The ocean beneath Kyogre suddenly turned crimson.

Somehow, the viewers felt they understood Groudon's roar—

its murderous intent perfectly clear.

And then—

A massive crimson stone blade—

like a mountain forged into a blade—

erupted from the sea straight toward Kyogre.

WHOOSH!!!

Kyogre tilted its body, drifting aside to dodge.

But it underestimated its massive size—

CRACK—!!!

The blade grazed it—

and even that slight contact drew a roar of pain.

Kyogre howled in fury.

Pokémon World

"What… what move was that!?"

Professor Oak widened his eyes.

On the video call, Professor Birch was equally stunned.

"I-I don't know… Our knowledge of Groudon's abilities is already limited.

Let alone this form—we've never seen anything like it."

Birch gave a bitter laugh.

He had been shocked by the video

and had called Oak the moment he saw it.

Oak didn't blame him.

If Birch did have detailed knowledge of these Legendary Pokémon,

that would've been strange.

After all, no one had ever witnessed Groudon and Kyogre's awakening.

Much of their information came from ancient ruins and scattered murals.

But this video…

This video was rewriting everything.

Both Oak and Birch—

and every Pokémon researcher watching—

had the same thought rise in their minds:

"Just what exactly is this Multiversal Ranking Board…?"
