Kaiser sighed.
He leaned forward, grabbed Kris and Julian by the throat at the same time, and lifted them effortlessly. Their feet left the ground.
"Give up, guys, otherwise... "
Julian exhaled.
"You stink that much from the mouth to attack me like this?"
A freezing breath burst from his mouth. The air condensed instantly, creating an opaque screen for a fraction of a second.
It was enough.
Kris threw a direct punch.
The fist smashed into Kaiser's face.
A thin stream of blood ran from his mouth.
The silence lasted half a second.
"I warned you."
Kaiser spun around with both bodies and hurled them upward with a surge of raw aura.
They rose.
Then he raised his palm toward the sky.
An explosion of bluish aura burst from his body. The push sent them even higher, beyond the safe zone of the forest.
"You're too high up, guys."
He slowly lowered his index finger.
