Chapter 1 – Alternate Universe
"In an alternate universe, there existed a planet called Blue Star.
Blue Star was very similar to Earth in many ways. People lived normal lives, went to school, built cities, and dreamed about the future.
But everything changed one day.
Out of nowhere, a cosmic wave struck Blue Star. Resulting to an event that would later be known as 'The Great Awakening'.
From the smallest of insects and parasites to giant animals all living creatures began to change. Evolving into terrifying beasts of legend, gaining unimaginable strength and mysterious abilities.
For humanity, this was a nightmare.
These newly born monsters started attacking cities and villages, throwing the entire world into chaos. Countless people lost their lives. Countries collapsed. Governments fell. Modern weapons were useless against these creatures, as even missiles and guns could not even penetrate their tough hides. Humanity stood on the brink of extinction.
But hope did not completely disappear.
Among the surviving humans, some began to awaken special powers of their own. They gained abilities that allowed them to fight back against the monsters. With these awakened powers, humanity finally found a way to resist.
Battles were fought. More lives were lost. Yet, slowly, humanity began to push back.
