Chapter 77 - Chapter 77 – A Man’s Resolve

Even though PK had shared moments of closeness—hugs, playful kisses, quiet intimacy—with Lana and Luna, he never crossed the line. Not because he couldn't, but because he chose not to.

He knew them well enough to understand that if he took even one step further, neither of them would stop him. And that was exactly why he held back.

If I'm going to do this, he thought, I'll do it properly. I'll say the words first. Like a man.

The weekend arrived.

Saturday morning began peacefully. They had breakfast together, laughter filling the dining room in a way that already felt like home.

Afterward, PK looked at the twins.

"Shall we go buy a car today?"

Both Lana's and Luna's eyes lit up instantly.

"Really?"

"Yes!"

Eve smiled at their excitement but shook her head. "I have something important to take care of today. You three go ahead."

PK nodded.

They boarded the car together. As the driver started the engine, PK calmly said, "Take us to the rental agency first."

The twins exchanged a glance but didn't question him. Trust came naturally between them now.

On the way, PK asked casually, "Think about it carefully. What kind of car do you want?"

Lana tilted her head. Luna leaned forward, already imagining colors and models. They began discussing enthusiastically.

"Before the showroom," PK added, "I need to finish something."

They simply nodded.

At the rental agency, PK completed the formalities without hesitation. Documents were signed. Payments were made.

The house was no longer rented.

It was his.

From there, PK asked the driver to take them to his former rental home.

The twins followed him inside, curious.

"This," PK said, gesturing around, "is where everything started."

He showed them the setup—the workstation, the screens, the quiet room where he had won the International Hacking Competition. He explained calmly how he had defended their base from that very place.

Lana covered her mouth softly. Luna's eyes shone with admiration.

"This is where you protected us…" Luna whispered.

PK nodded.

As they were about to leave, PK suddenly stopped.

Without warning—but without hesitation—he leaned in and kissed Luna, gentle and brief, filled with warmth rather than urgency. Then he turned and kissed Lana the same way.

Both froze for a heartbeat… and then smiled.

No matter what PK did, no matter how small or sudden, the twins never resisted. They never doubted him. They simply trusted—and cherished—every moment.

PK stepped back, hands in his pockets, expression calm but resolved.

Soon, he thought.

I'll say it properly.

And when he did, nothing would be half-hearted.
