ASTHERIEN'S POV :-
I was in my room, after having Convo with him, just after a few minutes someone knocked on the door.
"Let's eat dinner, forget about that!" He said, from outside the room.
I opened the door, and directly went to the dining table, i sat there.
He also came and sat in front of me.
"Well to be real, she was my employee, it was too late so she insisted me to drop her off by the bus stop." He said.
"Anyways whatever, why explaining me!" I said.
"Umm, if you don't mind, would you like to go on an event with me...As my wife?" He asked.
Me as his wife? Yeah well i almost forgot about that!
"Okay..when is the event?" I asked.
"Tomorrow!" He said.
"Uh..okay.." I replied, my food was almost finished so I stood up to place the dishes in the sink.
I was coming out of the kitchen and bumped into him, the leftover spilled all over his t-shirt.
"Ah..sorry! Just change your clothes I'll clean this mess." I said. And called the helper.
He went in to change. It was already past 11, so I also went to my room to get some sleep.
[The next day]
I was dressing for the event, I wore the dress that was prepared by him.
After getting ready, I came out of the room.
He was looking at me with some look, I couldn't understand.
"Hello? Should we leave?" I asked interrupting in between.
We were in the car. I was wearing a sage green dress, the sparkles the detailing was awesome. And he was wearing a deep blue suit.
We entered the event hall, every eye turned to us.
"Oh who is she, is she his girlfriend?"
"Wait she's an actress! Ive seen her movie!"
"Really!"
"She's so lucky, he's so fine!!"
Many people doesn't know about our marriage because it was just private, only our friends and family knew about it.
After a few minutes, he went to his business partners, I don't know anyone here. But then I saw that girl from the last night.
Anyways, I should not react, but looking at that girls face I just want to scratch that.
Calm down! Forget about that, that shouldn't effect you!
"Who are you?" The girl from the last night came to me and asked.
"I'm Astherien Floris, you?" I said.
"I'm pursuing kaiza!" She said.
I was frozen for a moment. But why is it affecting me so much.
"Oh, really?" I asked again.
"Yes, but who are you?" She asked.
"Well, someone with more value that you!" I said.
A hand held me from the side, I looked up and it was Kaiza, what? Acting like this infront his special one? She must be jealous right!
"She's my wife!" He said.
"Sir- I was just-" she stuttered.
"Shut up! You're crossing your limits! Your capability doesn't justify your character!" He said holding my hand.
My heartt was fluttering. But wait clam down!!
"Don't ever try to mess with my wife! You want me to fire you?" He said.
"No- no sir this won't happen again!" She said and left.
He turned to me, "let's go to the main hall,y speech is going to start soon" he said as he held my hand.
"Yeah, let's go!" I said.
"But wait, is she really just an employe?" I asked him, he turned to me.
"She is! You don't have to be so jealous.." he said and smiled.
"I'm not jealous." I muttered.
"Okay okay! You're not jealous! Okay now?" He said.
"Yeah now that's true." I said.
We were in the hall, his speech started. It was about his new investment plan for his company.
After the speech, it was the time for 'Quick Questions Session'
"So, we'll just ask you some questions, that our audiance is waiting for you to answers!" Anchor said.
"Okay, I'll answer all your questions today." He replied.
"Okay so let's start! Here's the first question for you- what was your inspiration to start your Bussiness in banking?" Anchor asked.
"Actually the company was started by my dad but now I am handling it." He answered.
"Do you have any new plan for your customer?" Anchor asked.
"Yeah, we do have new strategies, we'll introduce those to you soon in future" he replied.
Alot of questions were asked to him, he answered them well.
"So, now can we ask you questions about your personal life? Your audiance have alot of doubts about that for you!" Anchor said.
"Yeah sure, go on!" He said.
"So..do you have a girlfriend?" Anchor asked.
"No!.." he said.
Did he forgot about me? I'm his wife!
The crowd created a commotion, everyone was too excited, especially the girls. Duh! Anyways this was only a contract marriage, it's his choice if he wants to mention it or not!
Anyways that's good for me, i still have a chance, no one can call me Married now.
"But...I am married" he added.
The crowd calmed. Everyone had a face of disappointment.
"You're married?"
"Yes..I recently got married."
"Is your wife here?"
"Yes, she's right here" he said looking at me, the light was on me.
"Ms. Astherien is your wife?" Anchor asked.
"Yeah. My wife." He said.
I could hear the girls murmuring.
After all that questioning, we were going to the exit.
Some girls came to him for selfies. And not all girls were disappointed, some were also congratulating us on our marriage.
We were in the car, about to reach the house. Soon we reached the mansion.
I was still thinking about everything happened in the hall, that girl- the employee kept coming in my mind. I don't trust her.
"Are you still jealous?" He asked from the behind.
"No-" I looked back and bumped into him, his hand was on my waist, we had an eye contact.
I felt awkward so I moved back.
"Sorry." He said.
"No need.." i said and went to my room in awkwardness.
I changed into my night dress and went to sleep, even though I wasn't able to.
When I was finally able to sleep, I got a really scary dream, it's not the first time I'm getting this kind of dream, I don't know what it's about but I get alot of dreams related to accidents and kidnapping. Not the ones I know but some other people, I don't remember anyone like them.
