I was eagerly waiting to see my sister especially when we haven't seen each other for so long.
I would have loved to also see her children but I learnt she didn't come with them.
"What is she like?" Peculiar restlessly asked.
"She's wonderful," I answered and glanced at her while beaming as we waited for my sister in the dining room for royalties.
By now the dining table was fully set and the maids stationed themselves around just in case they were needed.
It has been a while since when last I had my meals in the dining room. And come to think of it, I couldn't understand why I stopped.
Deborah and I always had our meals here in our early year of marriage but along the line we stopped. I think it was due to the overwhelming duties of the kingdom.
But thinking about it now, my heart yearned to dine with her like last time even when I had made her an enemy.
How pitiful.
