When ethan finally opened his eyes the first thing he saw was Dohyun who was seemingly sleeping on a chair by his bed, It looks like he was hospilisied. He looked around and saw people in the room which starlted him abit until he locked eyes with a woman who smiled at him. She stood up and walked towards him, but before she could even get close Dohyun jolted awake and immediately grabbed his hand
''E-ethan are you feeling okay? Any discomfort anyway'' he asked with a pained look on his face.
The woman walked up to them and patted Dohyun tenderly ''Dear, you need to relax '' She said then glanced back at ethan
''Hello I'm Mrs Han , don't be alarmed we mean no harm'' She said with a gentle smile
Ethan tried to sit up but was stopped by Dohyun ''don't strain yourself too much, here drink this'' he handed him a glass of water, when ethan saw it his throat suddenly felt itchy and so he took it and drank the water and immediately felt refreshed.
''Hello" He said to the woman and the rest of the people that had woken up after hearing them. He had figured that they were Dohyun's family
''Thank you for coming" He said with a smile then glanced at dohyun who looked like he had cried a river ''Pfft!…" He laughed at his puffy eyes but dohyun just smacked his head in return
''Are you insane?! What are laughing at!'' He yelled but ethan just laughed then rubbed his head ''Ouch…obviously that stupid look on your face'' he said in a mocking tone which surprised everyone there except dohyun who just looked at his friend helplessly and sighed. Ethan stopped laughing then touched his throat which was now banged as well as his cheeks
''Did they catch him'' he finally asked making everyone flinch
''I guess not'' he sighed then looked at dohyun who looked extremely down ''Well thank you for coming all the way, you saved me'' he said in casual tone then added ''But have You already made a report to the police'' he asked then Dohyun's father spoke up ''No, not yet. The authorities said to wait for your statement'' he said looking worried for the young man. He felt sympathy for this young man who almost got his life ruined.
Ethan just sighed ''Okay that's great…I don't think we need to do that'' he added but received protest
''What the hell are you talking about!?" Dohyun shouted clearly shocked. His face did a total one eighty, from sad to angry.
Dohyun's father was shocked as well as everyone else. They had expected the young man to be frightened and demand punishment for the offender but this behaviour totally shocked them.
''Pardon me but I dont think that would be a good idea what if he decides to come back?" He said then his wife added
''Yes this wasnt some burglary but an attempted ra-" she stoped and glanced at him cautiously before sighing ''Young man please don't do this, are you worried about the fees? Don't worry we'll take care of everything, we owe you our gratitude for everything you've done for us'' she added with a desperate expression
Ethan was lost not knowing what she was talking about.
''Well supposed you do make a report and word gets out that I was almost sexually assaulted, how do you think that would affect ny reputation?'' He said making everyone go silent. They knew that word indeed would get out one way or the other and that his reputation would be damaged. He would be known as the kid who almost got assaulted and not everyone would feel sympathetic towards him. It was a risky move indeed.
''I really don't want my reputation to drop and who said he'll be back obviously it was just some random person who was lacking'' he said and looked at them with a face that already made a decision. Well he knew that he had just lied about it being a random person because he had some suspects but wouldn't say that out loud because he was sure that these people would try and seek out justice for him and he could not let this get out despite him wanting to murder that person he had to have a good and clear reputation if he wanted to debut without any challenges he clenched his fists and forced himself to stay calm. Obviously dohyun had seen all his actions and change in expression from anger to determination, he just watched him in silence and pursed his lips together while clenching his fists.'' If you want us to do that then You would have to move in with us because your not safe alone'' he said stunning everyone.
Ethan didn't expect dohyun to say that. Glancing at him he was surprised once again, Dohyun looked so determined that it made his heart tingle a little bit. They stared at each other for some time, tension clearly in the air until ethan looked away and just sighed
''I'm fine really I don't need that, I'll just hire some security gurads '' he said making Dohyun clenched his fists even more. He knew ethan was stubborn but didn't expect him to go to this extent.
''Please reconsider, let us take care of you even for a bit '' Mrs Han said trying her hardest to convince the young teenager because she was genuinely concerned about him. But to her dissapointment ethan just shook his head and added ''I'm sorry but that's not possible, that place is my home and I plan on staying only there'' he said making Dohyun angry by the minute.
''Fine!" He huffed ''I'll move in with you!, and you better not refuse it's either this or you come with us!" He said shocking his family.
''Nope not at all'' ethan calmly said
''Why?!" Dohyun shouted in response

It was late in the afternoon when ethan finally woke up, he was back at his place. It was hard to believe that all that had happened last night, if it wasn't for the pain on his neck and face he would have thought it was all a dream. Thinking about what happened last night he quickly ran to the bathroom and vomited, the door opened and in came in Dohyun holding a warm cup of water and a bag of medicine while pouting
''I thought someone said they would be just fine alone'' he scoffed.
