"Butler William, what did you do before coming to the Black Dragon castle?"
In the end, Jasmine could not suppress her curiosity and wanted to chat about personal matters with her butler.
Come to think of it, Jasmine only knew that the butler's name was William; regarding other matters about the butler, she basically knew absolutely nothing.
The old butler William tilted his head to look at Jasmine.
Perhaps feeling that prying into the private affairs of others was not exactly polite behavior, Jasmine touched her nose and added a sentence:
"If you do not want to say, then never mind."
"No, my Lord, there is nothing about this that cannot be said." The butler spoke slowly, his eyes glancing briefly into the distance as if recalling the glorious days that had passed: "You have the right to ask about the past of anyone in the castle, including me.
I am the butler of the Black Dragon castle, and also your butler."
Jasmine clearly had not expected the butler to say that.
