Hey, Author here, just wanna say sorry for skipping THREE weeks, had finals, and life just got in a bad spot afterwards and so I couldn't do a single thing for the story, BUT I'M BACKKKK WAHOOOOOOOOO, also if my writing is trash, sorry, I gotta get used to this again. Jin: About 6 foot 1, grey eyes, white and a little lean. Short black wolf tail mullet hairstyle.
Layla: About 5 foot 6, brown eyes, black and curvy, with long curly hair.
Yonas: About 6 foot 8, black eyes, black, bulk and muscular, with a little bit of a short beard, curly afro.
Riley: About 5 foot 5, blue eyes, white and skinny. Blonde Shag hairstyle.
Mina: About 5 foot 3, pink eyes, white and skinny. Long white hair. Cat ears, pink collar with bell. 3 tails, each with a bell of its own.
Theo: About 6 foot 1, brown eyes, white and lean. Blonde textured fringe. Dog ears, brown collar with a bell, 1 tail.
Commander Dav: About 7 foot 2, one grey eye, and one eye patch, Beast with grey hair all over him like bigfoot or beast from the X men, just grey. Ears and top head hair make some sort of demons horns shapes together.
Empress Isabela: About 5 foot 4, but always wearing heels. Red eyes. Tanned olive skin tone. Long straightened brown hair. Always wears red and black.
King Doe (Present): About 6 foot 2. Shriveled up, Blue eyes, white and starved, long blonde hair.
Queen Fenikk (Last Seen): About 6 foot. Blue eyes, white, long blonde hair.
Rebel Leader Betty: About 5 foot 8. Dark blue eyes, dark brown skinned. Grey upsweep hairstyle. Wrinkles but looks really good for a fierce old lady even her posture is straight..
Queen Krani: About 7 foot 4. One blue eye, and an eyepatch hiding the other. Dark brown skinned. Long Curly Strawberry Red Hair. Always holds her RAINBOW gemmed cutlass, the one she used to cut Commander Dav's eye out.

Space is quiet, no sound can travel through, that makes it peaceful.

But this time, you could hear screams, the screams of King Doe.
"ARGHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH-eugh-Eh-AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Commander Dav's three witches were holding on to King Doe as they blasted Commander Dav full of red energy. Commander Dav was floating in the air, his veins were pulsing full of red energy as his shouts mixed with Doe's screams of pain. The witches were blasting him with as much as they could until the energy started to fade, then accelerate again, putting Doe in way more pain. Doe's screams were followed by a large amount of blood exiting his mouth, nose, and eyes.
"Oh, Doe, can't handle a little bit of pain? Witches, INCREASE OUTPUT LEVEL TO THE MAX!" Commander Dav shouted.
The Witches, three beautiful alien girls, Steffa, Tallia, and Natala, increased the power level which sucked even more life force from Doe. Steffa, was on the right of Doe and was skinny and pink with a beautiful face and two green horns that were somehow not covered by her long and messy, pink hair. Tallia was on his left, and was buff and tall, Blue skinned with a red scar on her right eye, her hair represented two horns, and was dark blue but slick and well kept. And behind Doe, holding a long purple wood staff, with a lantern on the end of it, was Natala, she had a normal human skin tone, a fair, olive skin tone that complimented her red and black wings, that sat on the back of her body, her black hair and red eyes stared deeply at Doe, when he was suffering, she looked.... sad for him.
And soon the witches stopped the spell.
"WHY DID YOU STOP THE SPELL? HUH?" Commander Dav shouted.
"As per your orders, we stopped once he was as close as a fingers slap to death." Natala spoke softly as she bowed.
"So he's that close to death eh?" Commander Dav spoke as he clenched his fist and got closer to Doe, then sent a huge energy boosted punch.
BOOOM
Natala had stopped the punch with her finger.
"Sir, you still need him to be alive to continue the ritual, to find his daughter, a bastion, and put an end to the bastions, no? Get some rest." Natala spoke kindly as Commander Dav left the room.
"Th-Thank you, I have no idea how I could thank you..." Doe whimpered.
Steffa jumped with joy, and Tallia chuckled as Natala walked up to him.
"By being a good boy and suffering in silence!" She cooed with a sadistic smile on her face.
Steffa yelped with happiness.
"YAY! TORTURE TIME!"
And Tallia nonchalantly chuckled.
"Smart move leaving him with some life force, wouldn't want to break our toy would we?"
The door closed and locked, and once again, in space, Doe's screams could be heard.

Unlike Commander Dav's zarkor ship, the ship was quiet once again, Mina and Theo stood there, waiting for the Bastions, but they didn't arrive for three Vargas, so Theo grabbed his shock stick, he was going to teach them a lesson. Mina just sat there and laughed, as she ate some yooR puffs, the only food on the ship, and that was expected because she's the one who packed the food to last 30 million Deca-Phoebs. Theo barged open Yonas' room to see him beating a punching bag.
"Look at mister tough over here-" Theo started, until he entered the room.
Yonas was snoring and had a sleeping mask on, but there were around 24 punching bags on the floor, absolutely destroyed, as Theo started to process, Yonas let out a shout and punched the bag.
BOOM~!
pshhhhhhh~
The punching bag was destroyed and rocks started pouring out. Theo got scared and ran to Layla's room and opened the door, Layla was punching the bag, turning into mist, reappearing then kicking the bag and repeating, she was harnessing her ghost powers, and using them to her advantage! Theo ran to Jin's room, but almost got stabbed by a knife that flew from the opened door, Jin was sparring with the ships training bot, less sparring more fighting to the death.
"What the- no, at least Riley's probably sitting on a device looking for boing!" Theo thought as he ran to Riley's room.
And to his shock (and probably yours too) she was training too, with another training bot, sparring, with what seemed to be an ancient earth fighting style.
"What's that called?" Theo asked.
"Taekwondo" Riley said. "Ancient martial art from Earth..."
Theo looked at her with interest, then snapped out of it, and decided he needed a nap, but when he woke up, he looked outside of the ship to see all the NX ships floating in space! He put on his clothes, grabbed his blaster and ran to the control center, but saw Mina, coaching the Bastions, and then, before everyone's eyes, the NX ships changed, into mech like versions of the animals they were named after.
Yonas' was a big green bear mech with a shield and hammer.
Jin's was a grey wolf mech with a jaw blade, spikes all over, and some mechanisms to make it go faster.
Layla's was a magenta and dark pruple tiger mech, with blasters everywhere.
Riley's was a light blue and dark blue bat mech, with scanners, booby trap launchers, and a strong EMP blaster.
Theo was in shock as he stared at them.
"YES! YES! THIS IS HOW WE WILL SAVE THE GALAXY!"
For Quintants they trained, harnessing the power of their ships.
And were ready for their first mission briefing.

The bastions entered their NX ships, not in Aniform mode, but in normal fighter jet mode, they would save that for later. Mina and Theo waved goodbye as they left the ship and flew down to an only water planet, with Jin ahead.
"Alright bastions, I hope you can hear princess Mina on the mic!" Mina started on the comms. "The mission is to find Queen Krani of the Ocean Faction of the Zarkor Rebels, she went radio silent, five deca-phoebs ago, and nobody on the planet has contacted the Zarkor Rebels, we suspect a planetary war keeping her occupied. Find her, extract her, and you'll get your next mission from there."
"Yes Ma'am." Jin replied before turning off the radio, and skydiving from his ship, the others following.
"WAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Yonas screamed as they jumped.
"Eeek~! Yonas catch me!" Riley shouted.
Yonas caught Riley, and opened hers and his parachutes. Layla looked at Jin with a spark in her eyes.
"Bet you can't do a rip entry dive, and have to use your parachute like a little baby!" Layla snarled.
"Bet" Jin slyly responded as he threw his parachute, Layla following shortly after.
Jin and Layla got into Rip Entry Dive position, and looked at each other with a smile, and maybe something real in their eyes. Yonas caught it, and jealousy started to creep in, he wanted to do something, to say something, but they were descending too fast. The truth is, Yonas has had a crush on Layla, since he first met her and until now, and Jin messing everything up because he was too late to tell her was really pushing his buttons.
Shortly after landing, Riley deployed the self building ship, and the bastions got on and dried up and changed into pirate outfits. Jin was the captain with a fake hand hook, Layla was a maiden wearing a beautiful dress and assisting Jin, Yonas was the big guy, he had a fake pipe in his mouth and a fake gun, but real cannonballs.. Riley once again started searching for Boing with her radio signals, she chose to be just a normal pirate and put on a pirates hat, Layla was at the crows nest of the bridge, commenting on Jin's driving, as they laughed around. But Yonas went to take a nap...
After a few Doboshes Riley picked up a signal, and told Jin to stop the ship, she dove down with real diving gear, and found a treasure chest, with an orb inside when she came back up everyone was still focused on their own things, so she turned it on.
ZWIPPP
"Hi! I'm CoPilot! Your right hand man, second in command!" The orb chirped.
"Woah... You're like Boing, but you can speak, and you're smaller!" Riley whispered.
"Boing? You mean the one in Commander Dav's custody? With your father?" CoPilot questioned.
Riley's eyes widened, but before she said anything, Layla slid down the Crows Nest and shouted.
"MERMAIDS!"
Yonas jumped out, thinking it was an emergency, but he was mesmerized by the beautiful mermaids. But before he could do anything, his teammates were jumping off ship!
"Dad..." Jin calmy said, tears filling his eyes.
"Mom!" Layla shouted.
"Boing???" Riley questioned.
Yonas tried to stop them, until he saw his Pop Pop in front of him, waving at him and signaling him to follow.
"You're not the real pop pop, what have you mermaids done?" Yonas stated.
The Pop Pop smiled and jumped overboard.
Yonas was alone...
