Alex silently observed Orya's and Wood's expressions, his heart pounding. He hadn't spoken in too much detail, but the information revealed was enough to rationalize everything.

Regarding the War Angel, low-level Extraordinary People couldn't delve too deeply; that was a taboo zone.

As for the ability he mentioned, whether it originated from War or something else, out of respect for his noble status as a War God's Chosen, they wouldn't dare think too much or suspect blasphemy.

Orya didn't detect the subtlety in Alex's words, or she chose to trust him. In her perception, Alex was just a boy who had stepped into the Extraordinary world a few days ago; being able to recount the situation clearly and face it bravely like that was already incredibly commendable.

Her and Wood's gazes both turned towards Wayner, waiting for confirmation.
