He was so freaking angry that his body was trembling with anger as he listened to Wendy's confession.
He wasn't muddleheaded not to know that it wasn't Wendy's fault. However, when he thought that if Wendy hadn't taken Amabel seriously and accompanied her by herself without others to serve her, then this wouldn't have happened.
He cherished her and wanted to see her happy and smiling. How could that be achieved when the first time they have actually gone out together resulted in her being like this?
What if by this she ends up having some trauma? What was he supposed to do?
Nonetheless, he also understood that being too much would only result in more backfiring. He didn't lash out at Wendy but coldly stated, "I need that bastard out of my villa as soon as possible. You know what to do!"
Wendy sighed with relief upon hearing that and gratefully thanked Valentine before excusing herself and left in a hurry to deal with Frank.
