As everyone watched the screen—

the manifestation of the Will of Honkai,

the silent pressure of a god,

and Otto's unwavering, blazing gaze—

even the gathered superhumans couldn't help but feel their hearts clench in dread!

[Honkai · Himeko: Th-this is…]

[Theresa: Honkai…?!]

[Raiden Mei: !!!!!]

[Durandal: If only he could be erased… if it were possible… humanity would never—never again suffer the disasters of Honkai!!]

[Rita: Lady Durandal! Please calm down!]

[Fu Hua: Otto… why…]

[Hanabi: The Will of Honkai—a higher-dimensional existence—is not something that can be defeated so easily.]

[Herta: Before an existence like that… can Otto really obtain the answer he desires?!]

[March 7th: The pressure is overwhelming…]

Within that void-like space—

seeing Otto's resolve, the god smiled.

It pierced itself with a blade, bestowing a revelation upon Otto—

and at the same time, freeing Sirin from her restraints!

"Revered God, I understand now."

"This was all an illusion. Thank you for clearing my confusion!"

"As long as you are by my side, I will never fail!"

"Now… it's time to crush those ants!"

Sirin awakened completely!

A great battle was on the brink of eruption!

And Otto—

bearing the god's revelation, carrying the infinite truths engraved into his mind—

returned to Schicksal.

[Year 2000: The Second Honkai Eruption]

[During the incident, Cecilia went to suppress Sirin, who had become the Herrscher of the Void. Under Otto's deliberate scheming, Cecilia died, Siegfried was gravely injured, Theresa lost part of her memories due to the pseudo Feather of Taixuan. Fu Hua lost her memories after using the Taixu Sword God. Cheng Lixue died.]

[After the Second Honkai Eruption]

[Otto would not lie to Theresa—but he had no intention of telling her the truth either. He altered Theresa's memories, concealing the truth of the Second Honkai, except for Cecilia's death, which could not be hidden.]

[Sirin's four Herrscher cores, as well as the bodies of the Herrscher of Death Galina and the Herrscher of Flame Agata, were all recovered by Schicksal. Anti-Entropy obtained only the Gem of Conquest.]

[Siegfried's power—far beyond conventional understanding—sparked Otto's interest in Kiana, whom he had otherwise not cared much about. He researched the Kaslana genes within Kiana, attempting to unravel the secret behind that godlike power.]

[Beyond the Kaslana power itself, even more important was deciphering the revelation left to him by the god.]

[After gaining control over his strength, Siegfried returned to Schicksal. Otto openly admitted his killing intent toward Siegfried and used Kiana's growth and mental well-being as leverage. Otto would not harm Kiana, as she was a valuable asset for Schicksal's fight against Honkai.]

[But Siegfried—Otto could kill him at any time. As he said, Kiana could become an orphan at any moment. Left with no choice, Siegfried was forced to accept Otto's threat.]

[Year 2009]

[Anti-Entropy negotiated with Siegfried, guaranteeing the safety of Siegfried and Kiana in exchange for Schicksal's internal clone of Kiana—K-423.]

The scene shifted.

As time flowed on, Theresa had already become an S-rank Valkyrie!

What many viewers did not expect, however, was—

Theresa ultimately learned the truth of the Second Honkai War!

The real cause of Cecilia's death!

This revelation made everyone's hearts tighten!

[During the Second Honkai War of 2000]

[Theresa permanently lost her closest friend]

[Cecilia Schariac]

[While Cecilia was fighting the Second Herrscher, it was Otto who gave the order—]

[to use a Honkai-energy fission bomb, killing both the Second Herrscher and Cecilia]

Theresa gazed at Cecilia's photograph,

overwhelmed with grief.

But what hurt her even more—

was that the one who issued the order

was her grandfather, Otto Apocalypse.

Pampered by Otto for decades,

Theresa had long regarded Schicksal as her home—

and Otto as her closest family.

Yet Otto's actions now

filled Theresa with profound sorrow—

and made her question Schicksal's very purpose!

It was at this time that

Siegfried contacted Theresa,

hoping to take Kiana away from Schicksal.

Theresa barely hesitated at all!

Cecilia was already dead.

Then protecting Kiana became Theresa's greatest wish!

Growing up by Siegfried's side—

was surely what Cecilia herself would have wanted.

[Himeko (Star Rail): So Theresa still found out…]

[Silver Wolf: Stuff like this… how could it be hidden forever…]

[Tesla: Despicable Otto—threatening Siegfried with Kiana, and calling it "for her growth"!!]

[March 7th: Otto… he's really stopped acting human.]

[Honkai · Bronya: Kiana… so pitiful…]

[Hu Tao: Even though Otto dotes on Theresa… some of his actions are just too much…]

On screen,

Theresa and Siegfried's planned operation began swiftly!

"The agreed time has come. Let's cause some chaos under cover of night!"

"That way, Siegfried can escape with Kiana!"

"Once they're safe, we'll rendezvous in the eastern mountains!"

Theresa clenched her small fists, psyching herself up.

But to her shock—

Otto discovered her actions!

An internal communication rang out!

"Theresa, what do you think you're doing?!"

The stern voice startled her.

"I'm sorry, Grandpa. I've already made up my mind to leave Schicksal!"

"Is this because of Cecilia? You should know—when fighting Honkai, sacrifice is unavoidable!"

"Then why did you order me to withdraw from the fight against the Second Herrscher?!"

Theresa asked, her voice filled with grievance.

This was the knot in her heart that she could never untie!

If Otto hadn't stopped her,

perhaps Cecilia wouldn't have died!

"If… if I could have fought alongside Cecilia!"

"Even if I had died, I wouldn't have regretted it!"

"Theresa… you are special."

Otto let out a deep sigh,

speaking with unmistakable sincerity.

"You are my most beloved granddaughter. I will never allow you to die."

"Then does that mean… it's fine to sacrifice others without hesitation?!"

"In my mind, there has always been a voice telling me to protect others at all costs!"

Faced with Otto's affection,

Theresa clearly wavered.

But Cecilia's death was like a sharp thorn, deeply embedded in her heart!

"And Cecilia was someone incredibly important!"

"The one who killed her… was Grandpa!"

After saying this,

Theresa cut off the communication.

It was precisely Otto's indifference toward anyone but her

that filled Theresa with unbearable guilt—

even giving her the illusion that Cecilia had died because of her.

At that moment,

Theresa no longer wanted to remain in Schicksal.

She carried out the plan as agreed!

Even though she had been discovered,

she would still try—using the cover of night and her own strength!

Wave after wave of Schicksal personnel tried to stop her.

Though troublesome,

they were ultimately broken through by Theresa's overwhelming power!

"I'm almost out of Schicksal… but I haven't been able to contact Siegfried since earlier!"

"He wouldn't mess up at a time like this, right? Could it be…?"

Theresa had a sudden realization—

and Otto's words confirmed her fears.

"Theresa, stop fooling around. Come back."

Even now,

Otto's tone was filled with helpless indulgence—

like a parent restraining a mischievous child.

"Hmph! I won't change my mind!"

"Then what if it's for Kiana's sake?"

"What? Don't tell me—Siegfried's actions were discovered?!"

"How could your plan possibly escape me?"

Otto chuckled softly,

as if amused by Theresa's naive scheme.

"The moment Siegfried left Schicksal, I dispatched pursuit units. By now, they've already caught him."

"Don't worry. I won't harm your beloved niece."

"No! I have to go help Siegfried!"

At the mention of Kiana,

Theresa grew even more anxious.

She cut off the communication,

ignoring Otto completely.

She continued fighting the forces sent to stop her!

Meanwhile,

in the central command room,

watching Theresa's figure on the screen,

Otto looked somewhat desolate.

[Confidential Record A3-75]

[I never expected Cecilia's death to hurt Theresa this much]

[So much so that… she even hates me]

[No… perhaps this was inevitable]

[When I sacrificed ordinary people to save Kallen]

[Wasn't Kallen furious with me as well—didn't she slap me?]

[Perhaps Theresa's blood truly carries Kallen's soul]

[No! No, no! That's absurd]

[—Otto, 2009.05.01]

After another fierce breakthrough,

Theresa finally reached the location where Siegfried had lost contact.

"This is where they disappeared… but there's no one here."

"Theresa, you won't find them. They were caught by the pursuit unit ten minutes ago."

Otto's unhurried voice rang out once more—

throwing Theresa into panic.

"Then… what about Kiana?!"

"Kiana was injured as well. She's currently receiving treatment at headquarters."

"How could that be?!"

"Stop clinging to your foolish plan, Theresa. Come back to Schicksal."

"Only then can I guarantee Kiana's safety."

In an instant—

Otto's words struck home.

Theresa felt as though her vital point had been seized!

Hearing that Kiana was safe,

she could no longer persist in her reckless plan!

She had already lost Cecilia.

Theresa could not accept Kiana being put in danger!

Whether out of her promise to Cecilia,

or the reproach of her own conscience—

Theresa had to protect Kiana personally!

Biting her lip,

Theresa was forced to return to Schicksal—

back to Otto's side.

[Confidential Record A3-76]

[Although Siegfried and experimental subject K-423 managed to escape]

[Kiana was successfully recovered]

[The only puzzling point]

[Is why Siegfried took experimental subject K-423]

[Tsk… could it be related to that group calling themselves Anti-Entropy?]

[—Otto, 2009.05.01]

[Confidential Record A3-81]

[Theresa was forced to remain within Schicksal]

[She applied to leave headquarters and go to the farthest branch—the Far East]

[Then]

[She requested the establishment of a Valkyrie academy at the Far East Branch]

[St. Freya Academy]

[There, she intends to train Valkyries who cherish their own lives]

[And who will not be treated as chess pieces or sacrifices]

[Hmph. Such a childish idea]
